Spear Travels Anmeldelser

Our two part holiday arranged through Spears was mixed. The Verona experience went really well.
We then went to a hotel on Lake Garda - one that we were unsure of when we initially made the booking. We queried whether the hotel was actually open and were assured that all was well. It was open- but is to close for renovations in the next few weeks so we found it to be run down and extremely disappointing. We always rely on Spears and will use them again. This time however was not a great experience.

From start to finish they were proactive and even seemed excited as we were about our holiday booking. Everything went well and as a family with young children we were grateful for their recommendations.
Would totally recommend Spear Travels including all the team but specifically Lynda for their professionalism, interest and attention to detail. Will certainly book again with them

Emerald Cruises were great in all respects. The boat was perfect and kept very clean. All the staff/crew were excellent. They also convey a great sense of teamwork and a common purpose of wishing to provide an excellent holiday experience

Alexa at Spear is just amazing I gave her what I wanted information wise and she delivered with one of the most beautiful holidays we have ever had her service is first class and I would recommend her at every turn so professional and her knowledge is amazing. This was a surprise for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary and it was more than I could of wished for thank you Alexa amazing.

We found Spear Travels to be a wonderful travel company and will be using them again. They were always very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They took care of everything for us and we ended up with a delightful holiday.

From setting foot in the door to getting back home my experience with Spear Travels has been great.
Everything was taken care of, with plenty of information being exchanged. I didn't have to do a thing, they even checked us all in for all flights and printed everything off.
I even got an email in plenty of time for our transfer back to the airport to come home.
I would highly recommend using Spear Travels and would like to thank everyone. One very happy customer

The staff at Stokesley are always so helpful. They will search and search until they find the right holiday for you. Thank you Caroline and Co.

Excellent holiday with Alpha travel to London. Lovely Holiday Inn in Aylesbury- great staff and service. Excellent coach driver Keith. Great trips, could definitely recommend.
Booked through Spears Travel- very professional service

Had a wonderful holiday and really appreciated having all the paperwork done for you! Thank you Karen. Hotel was just as good as last year and the children had a great time both in the pools and on the beach. Jet2 representatives were amazing too.

Great bunch of ladies, knowledgeable and accommodating. They always give great recommendations if you're not sure on which destinations to go to.

Top class service from Emma and the team - wonderful holiday brilliantly curated by Spear - we wouldn't consider trying to do this ourselves - such a pleasure to have it all planned so well by professionals - with some invaluable advise given along the way.

All arrangements worked seamlessly with travel and accommodation as we expected. The places we went were amazing and made better by the stress free travel arrangements.

Very friendly and helpful travel agents. When booking our cruise they did everything from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them for a that personal touch.

Stacey was super helpful in finding us the perfect holiday. We took a trip to Florence and visited Pisa, Bologna and Venice using the Italio fast trains. Super comfortable and efficient. We stayed at the Hotel Cellai in Florence which was fairly central and very comfortable with wonderful staff. Evenings in Florence were stunning with beautiful architecture and bridges. Amazing bars and restaurants at every turn to enjoy an aperitif. Some wonderful museums and beautiful food.

All arrangements for our two week trip to Canada worked perfectly- hotels expected us, check in for ferries clicked and the car hire was quick and easy.

From the moment I booked my cruise to the moment I stepped on board, I felt supported and in safe hands. Emma, from Spears travel gave excellent advice when initially booking and sorted all the relevant paperwork so I just could simply enjoy the holiday. My cruise aboard the MSC virtuosa was amazing. I have booked several holidays through spear travels as they make it stress free and I have never encountered any problems like I have previously booking through Internet sites. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this travel company for that personal touch and 100 percent I will book with them again.

Once again Spears travels came through with a superb holiday, I honestly don’t know what would do without the team in Hanford Stoke branch, their knowledge is incredible and the care and thought they put into every detail, it boosts confidence with travelling. Our stay in Greece Skiathos with Jet 2 was stunning and everything I had wanted, beauty, relaxing, fun, thank you Amy for all of your help as always
