I received my sparkle light unfortunately it was faulty Thalia as sent out a replacement plug which also doesn’t work I have sent a video to confirm it’s faulty and requested a full refund if I ever get a reply from my emails

Lovely lights, as described, working well and delivered on time.

My purchase arrived promptly and the item is lovely

I purchased a battery operated string of confetti, multicolored lights, which is now on my mantelpiece replacing my Christmas white lights. It really looks beautiful and I’m so glad I made this purchase- really worth it.

Beautiful lights arrived quickly and would definitely buy again! Was influenced by Sarah and her school cottage!

Great set of lights, arrived safely packaged and quickly

Good choice of products. Friendly and efficient service.

I have ordered two sets of confetti lights. The first set took a long time for the courier to deliver them so I chased this and the owner Thalia contacted them and let me know when delivery would take place. She was extremely helpful. The second set arrived quickly. They are the most beautiful lights I have ever purchased. They look stunning too in sunlight as the glitter disks sparkle. First class product from a Ist class company.

Had an issue with a faulty set of tree lights, Contacted Thalia who was so helpful and replaced the item immediately. Can’t fault this exceptional customer service,

Excellent customer service. Fast dispatch and great communication. Will definitely use them again!

Order process simple and delivery as expected. Love the lights I ordered. Just what I hoped they would be.

Classy products. I bought some of the copper wire fairy lights; they weren't super cheap – but nor were they largely ugly plastic wire (as most fairy lights that you see in the shops are), and I am very happy with my purchase. Also my interactions with the company seemed very personal; the lights were dispatched promptly and arrived carefully boxed. Highly recommend.

A very easy company to deal with. Lots of wonderful lights to choose from

Beautiful lighting delivered in great packaging. Easy to see and order.

Love my new lights, they are beautiful

Quick delivery and a great product. Looks stunning around panelling in my daughters room

I was sent an incorrect item. I emailed to let them know but as yet, have not even received confirmation of my email

Apart from the amazing quality of the lamps (which look fab in my living room), the customer service is absolutely brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Sparkle - really impressive!!
