Fast, reliable service, great communication

A very difficult case
I went to spark as this transaction was complicated and had fallen through with two other lenders. They quickly assessed the risk and managed to place me with a bridging finance company who made an offer very quickly. There was a lot of paperwork the lender needed some of it quite onerus. George who dealt with my case was very pro active with the lender negotiating and pressing when necessary. He was very good.
