I returned wheel,beared the cost and received email that they have received it but still no refund is processed.not responding call not replying g any email.plz don't trust them.They are 100% scammed. I am going to report their company.

I ordered a spare wheel from them, arrived 3 days after. Then a realise I need a bolt to holding down .ordered with standard delivery 4-5 days. This was 3 weeks ago. Not answering the phone or massage. Avoid this company shop somewhere else

I bought a spare wheel, realised I either bought the wrong wheel or the wrong one was delivered, I sent it back and still waiting for a refund (one month later!).

I ordered the wheel on Monday and it arrived Friday. I had no acknowledgment of my order other than my receipt from PayPal. After reading the reviews I was worried that I had been duped. However, every time I phoned the mobile number I got a reply and good advice. The chap was polite and quite efficient. The wheel was not new but in very good used condition. The jack and brace were all brand new. I have to admit I’m not dissatisfied with the wheel. The tyre is a Continental which is a quality tyre. So all in all, not a bad experience.

Wish I'd read these reviews first, I have unfortunately had the same experience as all previous reviews. I ordered the wheel paid for it, but there was no evidence of it being dispatched. I emailed for an explanation, no reply. I cancelled the order using their online form, no reply. Then 2 further emails asking for refund, no reply. So I contacted the credit card company i use, and they refunded me. I don't know how this company is still trading they don't seem to fulfil any orders just take people's money.

Ordered a space saver wheel, never came don't respond to emails and only go to Vodafone voicemail,
This was the only time I didn't read the reviews, will teach me a lesson,
Luckily I paid by credit card so the bank has credited it back to me.

Ordered a spare wheel, jack and wheel brace on the 15th May still haven't received the items tried ringing them several times also emailed them numerous times no reply from them. What a shocking company wish I read the reviews before they stole £99 off me. Total scam merchants

Wheel kit promised 4/5 days but now been 17 days.
Don’t respond to emails.
Don’t answer phone or reply to answerphone messages.
Website now says no orders taken or deliveries will be made until after 10th June (yet another minimum of 11 days delay) which will mean a minimum of 4 weeks since placing the order.
Conclusion a very poor company or SCAM

Yes, looks like I have been scammed too. Wheel never arrived,no reply to phone calls or email.Now going to report to all authorities.

Total scam company sent wrong item tried to ring back no answer mobile only landlines is for a nursing home it's all wrong order gone to my bank for charge back also reported to trading standards

Do not use ordered wheel over a month ago nothing arrived.cannot contact them .scammers

Scam company. Sent the wrong wheel and have not provided a refund. This is theft.

SCAMMERS ! Avoid this company at all costs your items will not arrive and they will refuse to offer refund. Impossible to contact by phone or e mail. Now reporting to trading standards.

Placed order online and received confirmation email, after that nothing,
Email went straight to full mailbox and could not get an answer on the phone.
Requested after 30 days refund via PayPal who also were unable to get any response so I got a full refund. The wheel never arrived !

Placed an order on the 27th December 2023, it is now March 2nd 2024!!.
Zero response to emails. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!. Do not place any orders with sparewheelking.co.uk, you will not receive your goods.

Buyers beware if you want the wheel fast don't waste your money on the extra express delivery the wheel was ordered at 9.45am on Monday 26th of February paid the extra to get the wheel delivered on the fast 1 to 2 days delivery. The wheel was only sent to the delivery company late afternoon on Thursday 29th of February.
The delivery company DHL WERE SUPER FAST THE WHEEL ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY FRIDAY THE 1ST OF MARCH.
THE WHEEL DID TURN UP IN GOOD CONDITION BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THE EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN'T WORK AND YOU GET FOBBED OFF ON THE PHONE.
THE PRODUCT IS FINE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS BOTH THE COMPANY FOR THE FUTURE AND THE CUSTOMERS THAT NEED A GOOD SERVICE.
