I bought a stove replacement part from this company via Amazon Marketplace. The goods arrived with several scratches. I attempted to return the goods; however, Spares-2-Go refused to provide a prepaid returns label or arrange collection of the product. I informed them of their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act, but they failed to reply.

I was told I could not get these bulbs for my extractor over the cooker by a D I Y store that has 2 letters in its name. How wrong they where Spare 2 Go supplied them at a good price and delivery was very quick, the also came very well packaged. Highly recommended company

I bought a spare halogen bulb for my halogen oven, which came quickly. Although broken. That offered a replacement to be sent the day I fed back to them. I asked for a refund which they did immediately.

Managed to get a replacement cutlery basket for dishwasher, nice and cheap.

I ordered my part on Thursday.
Received an e mail to confirm order.
Later that day another e-mail to say it was on its way.
Part arrived Friday lunchtime.

Brilliant service great value for money

Ordered a filter listed as compatible with my Shark IZ300, but only part of it fit. Seller later said there are different versions within the same model range, which isn’t clearly explained. I couldn’t find any clear indication from the manufacturer that multiple variants exist, and I’ve since noticed similar reviews from other buyers. Returns place the full risk on the customer, so be very careful before buying.

The cable was of exact specifications and packed well. Received in great condition. Highly recommended

Good delivery and was very happy and would have given 5stars but the top of the hose that the pipe fits into is twisted to the side which means that when you fit it back into the main body of the hoover you have to twist it round to get it to sit right. Hopefully it will straighten up in time.
