Let's get one thing out of the way, this is a paid service for something you can get for free from the Spanish authorities. HOWEVER, if you are requiring this then you will have lived in Spain and know how much hassle it is to do any paperwork in Spain (if you are able to do it at all!)

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I was about to give up to get one on time since I needed it urgently with craziness of digital certificates and long procedure and then the criminal record check website appeared, it was a savior and to be honest I had a doubt that it is a scam because Gareth was so nice and he told me I can do it with 3 days maximum so that suprised me but at the end and after 24 hours I got mine and it was 100% legit. he was very helpful and responded to my doubts and emails quickly. Having lived in Spain for several years, and then having returned to the UK, I needed a Spanish criminal record check for a job application, and being back in the UK it wasn't a case of just popping into a local Spanish police station.

Having already applied directly ourselves for this cert, with notarized and apostilled copy of passport, and seeing that it took two weeks just to arrive by post in Spain, and then there was the black hole of waiting and not knowing when or if it would be processed, we eventually engaged Gareth to do this for us in parallel. He started a week later than the day our documents were accepted in Spain, and finished ten full days earlier. In the end we got both certs, but because timing was critical, we should have just used Gareth's service day one. It was exactly as advertised - quite efficient and worth every cent.
