My Spade & Co Smartwatch 4 does not hold the charge. Charged it overnight and had to charge it again the next night. Horrible Smartwatch. Will never purchase another Spade & Co. Smartwatch. Beware of advertising!

The assistance I received from Trish was beyond wonderful. She is so helpful, kind resourceful, and patient. I have never dealt with anyone so nice and so competent. She does not give up until the issue is resolved. I get very nervous about these technical devices and she calms me right down and I know she will help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The watch was very good and had a lot of nice features. There were some that I needed to help track health problem that were not available. I had to go to a different product.

did something really stupid with my smart watch and lost all the data stored for exercise and breathing training. i 5 minutes their customer service took me thru steps to retrieve information and everything is good. great price for watch, great product and great service!!!!! what a combination, especially for a 75 yo that is not too tech savvy

This is my second Spade Watch. I had my 1st watch years ago and really liked it. I also like this new one. Spade & Co is a good company and offer help efficiently and promptly.

I have worn a Spade watch for many years. Recently I was unable to charge it. I checked with Chatgpt and the Spade help center. After many suggestions of switching outlets, turning the watch off and on, cleaning the connections....something clicked..and I was able to charge it to 100%. I think the solution was "rebooting" it many times. Glad I did not give up! Also, Spade offered me a 50% discount on a new charger if problem did not resolve. Love Spade!!!

I ordered Gold stainless steel belt for my Smart Watch2 to Spade & Co. Unfortunately, they didn't have inventory for that. So, I switched my order to the Black one. I got it today. It took 15days since I ordered. The band was really good quality, and I satisfied it. Now, I want to make a suggestion for them. Their web-site should reflect their inventory with their order receiving page. It will reduce unnecessary service call, and shorten process lead time. Fortunately, they have good and friendly customer care staff, I still give them 4 star.

The order and shipping was very quick. I didn’t wait too long for the watch to arrive. I am pleased that the battery is long lasting. I could not wear my Apple Watch during the day and then again at night unless I remembered to charge it. It’s really comfortable to wear too! Love the watch.

I had some problems needing to change my name and email address, so I contacted customer service. I got a bit frustrated with having to create a new account, which would eliminate all of my data from my current watch. Customer service never gave up on me. They helped me throughout the process and made sure my order was completed correctly and promptly. I am very grateful!

I had a Garmin first then a Fitbit but got tired of charging the battery almost daily. I saw an add for the Spade Smart watch and the long life battery that I dont have to charge daily. As a matter of fact, 7-10 days is my range of charging . That's why I purchased it but so many other reasons that I love it now. There are so many health related applications on this watch that are useful. Heart related functions, sleep related functions, workout tracking tabs and more. Plus, it works so well with my android phone. I can take and make phone calls, retrieve texts, control music on my phone from my watch, control the camera on my phone. So many other things makes this the best Smart watch on the market and at an incredible price!
