I wanted a Skoda Yeti and eventually tracked one down to Spa Motors in Brecon. I contacted the dealership and Joe arranged a test drive for us. After agreeing to purchase, he also organised the fitting of a 13 amp tow bar and installing an Apple Play Head unit for us. At the final inspection the engineers identified a problem with the air conditioning which they sorted out prior to hand over. Any delay was worth the wait. The staff at Spa Motors treat every car the same, ensuring each is the best they can be before they leave the dealership. I would recommend this dealership for their attention to detail and customer service.

What ever you do, don’t go just to browse, I was only looking and the staff were so helpful that I ended up doing a deal that day. And the Spa Motors own warranty package really gives reassurance over the 3rd party warranty.

I recently purchased my car from the Brecon branch. When I arrived I was left to look through the car selection without any sales person bothering or pestering, they said hello and let us know where they were if we needed them. Upon finding a car I was interested in I was helped by Callum, the car I was looking at was a Range Rover Velar, I really liked the car but was not overly happy with the colour as it was all White (originally looking for an all black one). Despite the test drive going really well and liking the car, I just couldn't take the plunge due to the colour. Callum suggested changing the roof section colour to black, he then proceeded to show how it would look on his system. Once I could see the changes my mind was made up and I proceeded to purchase. Within a week the car was painted (roof and wing mirrors), they also touched up some stone chips from the general paintwork. They even helped my daughter with a faulty key fob she had for her car when collecting my vehicle. Very happy with the service from Callum and happy with the car to date.

Joe was really welcoming and thorough, he found me the perfect startup van for my business and I will definitely be returning should I need a new vehicle in the future

An enjoyable experience buying my car from Spa Motors through Callum: No pressure, just very helpful, and a great car! When delivering it to me he noticed the a/c wasn't cooling sufficiently, so we returned and it was re-gassed prior to me driving away. Problem solved, no hassle.
