Steve Ferguson and his team were great to work with. As a first time homebuyer we had some fears and he made us feel at ease. Austin Southwest Funding - awesome team!
Patrick, Paul and Ashley in the Austin office are awesome!! As a first time solo home buyer, they made sure I understood everything every step of the way, even answering text messages at night when I was stressing over something. Then in closing, the title guy was impressed with how organized and complete all the paperwork was, enabling us to execute everything in 30 minutes. There weren't any documents that hadn't been explained to me in detail by either Patrick or Ashley before I even got to the closing. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere, who wants friendly, competent service!

It's hard to find people you can trust…
It's hard to find people you can trust these days. But from the moment I walked into Mickey Smith's office, I could tell she was genuine. She hung with me every single step of the way. She put my mind at ease when things got a little dicey. She was confident and sincere in her approach regarding acquiring a USDA loan. I would absolutely INSIST on having her handle any future home/investment property purchasing. She is a definite asset to the organization.
