My whole process with Southwest funding…
My whole process with Southwest funding has been amazing. When i say the lord worked it out. He really had us covered. I can say i was nervous about buying a home and they went beyond the call of duty. Shedrrick and my realtor Ebony was there to answer any of my questions at anytime. I really do appreciate what they have done. I would highly recommend there services to any of my family and friends. finding a home for a wheelchair was very difficult, but we got it done. First off, the Colorado Springs housing market is bananas and I wanted to give up after submitting 6 offers on homes. Through it all, Val and Kim Nuttall were a perfect example of professional. I got to ask questions, and received knowledgeable answers. They were both professional and kept me in the loop on everything that occurred. Southwest Funding Tuscaloosa
I would definitely recommend Mr. Kevin Hagler. The process was smooth and easy. We had a hiccup right before closing that pushed us back but Mr. Hagler did everything in his power to correct the issue. I really appreciate the time he dedicated with me because I can be over bearing when I’m out of the loop but he made sure I was aware of each step. Again thank you Mr. Hagler. You’re the best.

Southwest Funding provides excellent service!. Frank Perea and Adriel Wolf helped me with the loan process for the purchase of my first home. Both were very polite and explained the loan documents in a very effective way. They were present throughout the process and always clarified all my questions. From the pre-approval until the closing day, they were always in contact with me to explain each step.

Tara Ross was excellent
Tara Ross was excellent. As a Realtor, I found her to be prepared and Professional. The office was cleaned and Covid ready. Procedures were efficient and timely! Our wait time was minimal at best.
