It was so well run and organised. Alex was a great host.

Alex arrange a 10 day trip to Mykonos and santorini for me. Everything was just perfect including the transfers . I can’t thank Alex enough and he is an asset to the company. First class customer service. Thank you so much Alex 😍

Amazing from start to finish nothing was to much.
All I had to to was say where I wanted to go he looked for the holiday booked it all checked us in. It was a breeze.
Also had messages asking if we enjoying it and also followed up to make sure we knew our transfer times .
As we were flying back to Bristol we had bad weather and landed an hour late as we had to circle multiple times, as soon as we landed I had a message checking in on us to make sure we was all okay which is so appreciate..
I will not hesitate to travel with mynt travel again everything was perfect and so straight forward and they go above and beyond to help .. cannot thank you enough 😊

This is the second time I have used Mynt Travel for a holiday and yet again Alex has been superb. A turn key service from booking to returning home. I worry about everything so having Alex take away the stress by organising everything means my holiday starts from day one ! Thank you once again Alex for all your help :)

Great communication from start to finish from Alex and the team at Mynt. Went above and beyond to help me with my flight preferences and was always very responsive no matter how silly my questions were. Would I use again. Found a great hotel in a really good location which made all the difference to my holiday. Which I must add was with 14 other difficult fussy people!

Alex helped to make our short holiday to Benidorm an absolute dream. Communication was great from start to finish which is so important when there's such a large group travelling together. The hotel he found for us was fantastic and had wonderful views. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mynt Travel & will definitely be using Alex's services again!

From the first query to Alex, to arriving back from our holiday, nothing was a problem. I asked a few questions, and a few more and then my holiday was booked, and I always got a swift answer. Was kept informed on holiday with the status of our return flight too so overall a great service.
Have booked a weekend away to London, I've had to change a few things but again, not a problem for Alex.
The customer service given by Alex is second to none and that gives the customer peace of mind when booking their holiday - a great travel company with great holidays - Diolch.

The service was outstanding. Booking was easy, was kept up to date through what's app messages and emails. On the day we had what's apps to let us know what bus to look for. The bus driver was amazing, was there on time and left on time. Alex then give us information on the gig and times of the concert. Any problems to what's app him. Very organised. On the way back I couldn't find the bus, phoned Alex and he dropped the location in what's app for me. Best service ever. Definitely will travel again. Thankyou

5 star service from Mynt Travel from the communication to the punctuality. Alex made sure to keep us fully informed about our journey via email & WhatsApp and also came to Cardiff to make sure everyone was supported on their journeys home. Many people don’t like using bus transport as it takes so long but our journey both to and from Cardiff were quick. I will definitely be using you again.
