Patience to address queries, clear briefing about the course .

My experience with South London College was disappointing. Despite submitting original and authentic evidence, I faced prolonged feedback delays, excessive micro-level evaluation, and questionable AI checks on genuine organizational policies and procedures available online. The process took over a year, and even a month after completing the CAVA Level 3 Assessor course, I am still awaiting my certificate. Although my mentor was supportive, the overall experience fell below my expectations and was far from satisfactory.

I had a meeting with Chanu Fernando, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions and clarified all my doubts. She made everything easy to understand and was very supportive throughout. Really appreciate her guidance and support.

Hearing about the whole breakdown of my study and what’s required of me as a student seem very difficult but my mentor (Ovandi Grace) kept reassuring me she’s there to support all the way and this made me more confident and she really did a great job at explaining everything step by step.👍

Mentor Support is great. It made the learning path clear.

Did anyone get their certificate at the end? I did not. Every time I comment they call me to give me bs it’s been 2 years since I finished and no certificate in sight.

Suba Laknara has been supportive throughout the process.

It was good, very good

My experience was excellent, my mentor Ayo was extremely helpful and prompt with responding, my course was smooth thanks to all the support that was given. I am now fully qualified in my job title and they have helped me to gain more knowledge to the next level. I would highly recommend South London College and 100% use them again for different qualifications.

The person I had as mentor was Chanu Fernando. She kept to time and checked on my wellbeing before starting. She explained everything I should be expecting in the course and where to find support. The LMS is easy to navigate. My log-in issues was resolved quickly too. I hope to complete my course and pick up other ones in the future.
