Southface Dermatology Clinic is the only Dermatologist run skin clinic in Dorset to offer a wide range of expert dermatology procedures, laser treatments, skin cancer services and aesthetic improvements. Our team of Dermatologists and Nurses are experts in their fields of practice. All our Doctors and Dermatology Nurses also work in the local NHS Hospitals. We also offer all you would expect from a general dermatology clinic, with the treatment of a wide range of skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts, itching and acne, as well as nail, hair problems.

Any skin concerns are addressed
I have seen Dr Robertshaw for several years now for skin cancer checkups. She has treated me for basal cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis and is always very thorough in spotting things. I recently had PDT therapy for Bowen's disease (squamous cell carcinoma) with Amanda, who is lovely and caring. I would recommend Southface Clinic to anyone with skin concerns or who needs advice and treatment.

Good service
I have always had friendly , professional and efficient
service provided by Dr. Helen Robertshaw. This involved a removal of a BCG by Mohs surgery on my face a few years ago, and more recently removal of skin tags. Her staff in the clinic are helpful and caring too.

I had a great experience at South Face Dermatology and would highly recommend them. I was treated by Dr Helen Robertshaw for a keloid that developed from a piercing, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. She is not only highly skilled but also very friendly and reassuring, which made the whole process much more comfortable.
Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt confident I was in good hands from start to finish. If you’re dealing with any skin concerns, especially keloids, I definitely recommend South Face Dermatology.

After being let down by the NHS I went to South face where Dr. Helen Robertshaw came up with a plan to resolve the issue. The procedure was undertaken on time and the issue resolved. I would not hesitate returning to Southface where all the staff are professional and caring.

Caring, friendly and efficient
You really couldn’t wish for a nicer, more caring team of people. From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the welcoming reception team you feel that you’re in good hands.
I’ve now had 5 appointments at Christchurch ranging from an initial consultation, biopsy and diagnosis to first and subsequent PDT treatments for a BCC on my nose.
So far I’ve seen Dr Luna, Dr Martin, Dr Robertshaw, Nurse Amanda and Nurse Nikki. All have been extremely kind, friendly, helpful and caring. Every appointment has been efficient and on-time.
My treatment is now complete and I’m looking forward to a successful outcome.
