Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, great to hear you had a good experience using our services. We look forward to welcoming you back.
Could have been better.
Fast delivery although delivery cost was expensive. Items arrived but despite ordering all 8 items in anthracite grey one of the items sent was iron grey which is a slightly lighter colour. Emailed their sales address immediately and response was slow due to email going to spam. New replacement item was sent out and overall happy with the service despite initial problem.
While I accept that maybe for a faster response I should have phoned customer services, instead of emailing. This mistake could have been avoided during initial packaging as it was obvious one of the components was a different colour to the rest.

Good Quality, price and delivery
The treated wood I bought was very dense and heavy duty, much better quality than I’ve seen before. Price was best I could find. Delivery went smoothly and driver was happy to leave the wood where I asked.
