Great Account Executive for me
When I started doing commercial loans, I didn't have a go to guy. I was fumbling around with few companies and didn't feel like I was included in the mix. When David became my account executive, he gave my deals the attention I thought was needed. He took time out of his schedule to enlighten me on things that would make me a better broker. I appreciate feedback he gives and the timely manner he answers my questions and concerns. Great guy.

Great service and loan products
These people are really good at what they do and their whole process is very buttoned down. I have recommended them to a number of people because I know that if South End can make financing possible, they absolutely will. They have products I've never seen anywhere else.

Lender with integrity
I've worked with SECC president Noah Grayson on many projects over the years, and this is an excellent lender. It's a company with integrity that offers great loan products for small businesses that really need help. No wonder it wins awards!

Slow process
Slow process . Make promises regarding loan completion but they turn down without any reasons. No communication between loan officer and underwriter.

Mike McGee has a "Never Give Up"…
Mike McGee has a "Never Give Up" attitude which is exactly what you need when you apply for a loan. I have worked with Mike on a couple of SBA loans and he was professional and very responsive. When an obstacle presented itself, time and time again Mike would get creative and keep the deal moving forward. He is a great advocate for you and your business and can translate the most complex business models into terms the underwriters and credit people can understand.
