Need to update system time
Being able to buy the ticket and using the barcode was great. The only feedback is that they need to update their system to acknowledge the real time and not (summer time clock). The ticket is supposed to be valid for 24 hours, however I left the parking at 11:15pm or so and it charged me 1 hour ($9dlls) since in their system it was 12:15pm… it leaves you no choice but to pay to be able to get out.

Great customer service
I've been using this garage since it opened, very clean, well lit and the location is great. Most important, the people at the office are wonderful. They always receive you with a smile and are super helpful when you bring any concerns. Particularly James and Sirgut that they even greet me by my name!

I bought a parking pass for July 25th…
I bought a parking pass for July 25th for $15. The garage was perfect for parking to take the ferry to Provincetown for the day to meet up with a friend. I made sure to give myself extra time in case the ferry back to Boston was late. My reservation for the parking pass was from 12pm to 10pm. I got back at 9:00 and walk to the garage, and got in my car at 9:10. I scan the barcode on my pass that I had printed out, and it said it was invalid. I then had to pay an additional $38 on top of the $15 I had already paid to get out of the garage. I pressed the button for help, but no one answered. I was not impressed and ended up paying $53 total.

Excellent location
Excellent location, easy in and out and pre payment was a snap.
A little difficult to find the entrance but we made it OK.

Only problem was finding the place amid all the construction. Once there, all was easy. Reasonable rate for entire day.

Good customer service
I cancelled. Didn’t want to go to large event. Called the parking people. Very easy to deal with. Received an immediate refund the night before I was due to arrive
Also easy to book in the first place

As a person who has always had trouble…
As a person who has always had trouble getting back onto 90 west after visiting Boston for Pax East, this was the easiest trip home I have ever had. You have my parking money for life!
