I am so happy that we decided to go with Louise MacBride's quotation. She gave me a thorough hearing examination and took on board that I have tinnatus.
The hearing aids she recommended have been life changing and she has been such a great support and available immediately for any adjustments. Su Blake

Louise was patient, understanding and knowledgeable.
She took great lengths to explain everything and also that I understood everything she said.
She carried out what she said she was going to do.

I tried an audiologist who did not do home visits first and then found hearing aids uk on the web. I was not sure about using them at first as I would be relying on them being available when needed. As it turned out I need not have worried as Louise has been first class regarding service and availability and I would be happy to recommend her business to anyone needing help with there hearing.

The service provided to me was excellent and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Sound Hearing aids and Accessories Ltd to anyone who are considering hearing aids.

My father's hearing aid needed replacing. I found Sound Hearing via Google and gave them a call. Booked a home visit after explaining my father is pretty much house bound. Found them to be punctual, professional, patient and polite. After service support is second to none. My father is delighted with his new hearing aid. I am delighted another small problem easily rectified with minimal upheaval for my father.

Sound Hearing was recommended to me by my Home Insurance Company after I lost one of my Aids and the previous supplier wanted to charge too much for a replacement

I have received first class service all round. Visit to home for hearing test and supplied with Widex aids. After a few weeks I found, for me, the sound was too "harsh" and after informing Matt of this they were exchanged with no trouble at all for Resound aids with which I am now completely satisfied. Matt has give a very professional and competent service and I have no hesitation whatever in recommending this company.
