By far the worst music generator available, but that's not the worst part. This website is 100% a scam. Once they have your card they block your login and charge your card every year. If you fight it through the bank they charge you every month.

This is a scam and unethical. I am on the free plan, they still charged me and every time I contact them they send the same email on how to change to the free plan. Also there is no place I can find to remove my credit card.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I couldn’t agree more with all the other 2 star reviews. There is no customer service ar all. They just take your money without any warning and you can’t get it back because there is no one to contact.
DON’T SUBSCRIBE.

Avoid like the plague, customer service inexistent, songs will be full of copyright infringements, they renew your subscription without any warning which is illegal, and also they don't do any refunds which is illegal, customer service will happily ignore you which is illegal, I don't know why this company still exist their should be a lawsuit.

You enter into one year subscription only to discover that content is limited and you own creation possibilities are very limited.
No possibility to contact them for cancellation. Money lost.
Contact forms not working.

I took out a year long subscription to Soundful on a deal and forgot all about it as its not any good.
A year later they debit my card again without any warning for another subscription at full price. They didnt tell me I would be on an auto renewing schedule. Any attempt at contact is not responded to by support. In fact my account no longer works even though I have paid for this new year of service they have disabled my account.
I do not recommend. Their product is rubbish and they use shark tactics to make money.

Stay away, musics generated are soso, and download UI/UX is just terrible. Not worth a penny.

This is a scam. You won't get copyright free music. They are selling other's music as their music.

Just got wasted my time and money. I did over 10 videos and all of them have to take down because of the music issue.

AI never impressed me, but I wanted to give a chance and started to try some app and site, this is really horrible! nothing is intuitive, I don't even think you can create music as there is no way to make it! I was searching for the techno genre and there is no techno, but there is a techno track mentioned as "organic techno" which is a so funny name people is using nowday for mean a techno style already existing since ages lol same as they use the EDM word to include all electronic music... that's another fashion word that proper techno people never recognized and is a shame for a professional site use the EDM word, let's teach it good to new generation that unfortunately are learning too much wrong things and first of all they are not learning how to produce or mix music... this world became a shame! Use professional softwares and make your own sound

The generated music already exists and do not belongs them. They will never send you your payed money back.
Somehow they are like online robbers.

They do not provide copyright free music and they do not own that generated music.
The AI generated already existing melodies and Youtube easy claim copyright.
The service is bad they actually do not have support service. It took so much time to answer on your questions.
They do not refund your money back if you request them.

Not useful. All created tracks sound the same, same samples, same constructure. Impossible to make create something original since you can't tweak anything. It's just create and do it with what you get. When you try it several times you will find out that tracks sound all the same and even while they say, all tracks are unique, they are almost similar many times. So yes "unique" cause a sample starts 2 secs later, but the track is still a 90% copy of the other.
There is NO support. I tried to contact them to share my experience and give some feedback but i'm not getting any answers. I think they just want some easy money and that's it. I don't advice to use this site, it's not worth the money.

There is no customer support for this website be careful !! I created two tickets and no answer, 1 for.more than 1 month and the other for serious issue and to get a refund.
