Billy Joel at Cardiff Principality Arena, with accommodation at Cardiff Hilton. We opted to stay an extra night too. From start to finish, smooth process. Hotel happy to keep our bags til we could check in - but then allocated our room 3 hours early! Package worth every penny, & Billy Joel didn’t disappoint, yet again!

The package and pricing was good. The Ibis hotel was very basic, but served its purpose. However, the car parking at the hotel is limited and is operated by Just Park, not the hotel. Therefore unless you have booked way in advance, you will not be able to park at the hotel. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. We ended up having to park 10 minutes walk away, which was fine, but I don’t know what you would do if there wasn’t any parking available.

Everything was so well organised, the Billy Joel concert itself blew me away and to top it all the 4* Clayton was absolutely gorgeous with lovely friendly and very helpful staff. All in all a stunning and memorable experience 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Thank you.

The concert was amazing and worth the price of the tickets. Good seats and good view of the stage. The hotel, Canopy by Hilton, was very convenient to get to the concert as it was right opposite Aldgate underground station - Metropolitan line straight to Wembley Park. The staff were very good, rooms comfortable but it is unusual that the coffee caps are not free. The bonus was the water/ice machines in the corridors. But we would stay there again.

Overall price package was extortionate and we paid to much for the room in comparison for the same hotel on other booking sites.

In future will not get a similar package , will book the concert tickets but go elsewhere to book accommodation.

Booked to see Paul Weller in Scarborough along with a night’s stay at the Crown Spa Hotel. Hotel was supposed to be 4* and we were charged accordingly. Hotel might have been 4* 20 years ago but it’s certainly not now - had black mould on the bathroom ceiling, thick cobwebs on wall and old decor. Breakfast poor too. We got a welcome drink and 10% discount off food and drink as part of the package which wasn’t honoured by the hotel. Wrote to Sound Travel as felt aggrieved at the amount we’d paid and they’ve done nothing after me waiting for a suitable response for weeks. Really disappointing service from both companies but at the end of the day we booked through Sound Travel so they should take responsibility. Wouldn’t recommend using this company therefore. In short this package was poor quality and significantly over priced.

Sound travel supplied hotel accommodation as part of a concert ticket package at Wembley Stadium. Communication with Sound Travel before the event was efficient, queries were answered promptly. The hotel was excellent, they had received our requests via sound Travel and accommodated everything. Excellent experience, thank you.

The Bruce Springsteen concert was amazing and worth the price of the tickets. Excellent seats and good view of the stage. The staff were very good, rooms comfortable but some of the facilities were a bit pretentious eg coffee machines in rooms, and and unlike other 4☆ hotels we've stayed in charged if you wanted an omelette. Cardiff was a joy.
Hotel staff were spot on - courteous and attentive.

And the included breakfast was a GREAT deal. :)

Went to see Springsteen at Wembley with a Soundtravel ticket / hotel combo.
I also used them for the Cardiff gig.

The hotels have been of a good standard and offer a discount on food bought from the restaurants/bars etc.

Cardiff hotel location was fab, the Park Plaza for Wembley not the best for easy transport links but I managed.

I do wish there was a single person room and ticket option as it hurts the pocket of solo travellers.

Good updates and information by email and on the one occasion I contacted them with a question, I got a prompt and considered response.

Would use again.

We traveled from Germany and had 2 tickets for Springsteen on Thursday July 25th, 2024 in Wembley with an overnight stay at the Raddison Blu Grafton including breakfast. Total price £886.75

I tried to sell the tickets in advance, but that wasn't possible!
The hotel as a 4* hotel was bad
Room facilities were poor
The breakfast was bad
Air conditioning didn't work
For £886.75 I've never had anything worse. Price-performance ratio didn't fit at all!
I would not recommend anyone to book such complete packages. The only one who is happy is the organizer, who makes a lot of money from it!

Great communication from start to finish. Hassle free

We arrived a bit early but the reception booked us in, all good with the room. Booked under my ref name ? but this did not cause a problem once we sussed it.
The Uber app in the hotel was very handy & we were able to share a taxi with a couple who were also going to Wembley, not so easy to get one coming back which was a shame. The breakfast was good, a good selection to choose from. Holiday Inn West. :)

Good organization and fine communication about tickets and hotel. Regarding organization the score would be 5 stars.
I only give 3 stars because hotel was low quality for the price we were paying, location was in a suburb far from Wembley and far from city center. Breakfast quality very poor.

The concert ( Springsteen at Wembley ) was awesome - but the hotel that came as part of the package wasn’t - I fact it was awful.
Not at all value for money - advice from me is to book separately

tickets were e-mailed 5 days prior to concert, booking confirmation for hotel through e-mail.
very nice hotel, just stated at the time of check-in we had booked through sound and travel incase of any name issues but everything was fine.
will definitely be booking through sound and travel again!

Easy to book & monitor progress. Good package deal for Rick Astley, Madness & the Lightning Seeds. Great Hotel too.
