I had a great experience throughout the sale of my property. Elliot Pipes was absolutely amazing – very knowledgeable, professional, and always easy to contact whenever I had any questions. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
The support team were also fantastic. They were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making the whole experience even more positive. A special mention to Lave as well, who was incredibly supportive throughout.
I genuinely don't think any improvements are needed. The whole team provided excellent service from start to finish, and I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property!!

Awful experience
Awful experience. Client has been asked for the same things over and over again, after providing them each time. Over 1 year to complete on the case, causing much stress for the client, and stress and hard work from ourselves as the mortgage broker. Shocking.
However this is more the Solicitor that was instructed (Gorvins)

Its nice and simple to start with then the SORT team take over and everything just happens, they are on the phone ( or email for 24/7 access) so any problems or uestions are answered qquickly and the process moves on,

Great platform, Great service.
I have used Sort Refer for several years now and find them a great platform with competitive pricing, easy to use portal and second to none customer service.
On the occasions I have rung for help with an existing case, I usually deal with Ruth who is extremely helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to try and resolve any issues and always calls back when she says she will.
She helped me get a case across the line at the 11th hour today so thank you! Keep up the good work guys, would highly recommend.
