Firstly, the items we have purchased have been carefully restored and are of a very high quality.
Secondly the service we received was exceptional. Sophie delivered both items personally when travelling to/from shows and she displays a real dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Hand delivered by Sophie
I ordered a lovely jug, with next day delivery because I knew I would be at home to accept the delivery. Sophie delivered it by hand the same day, which I thought was amazing customer service.
