I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a telescope. Telescope was junk. I agree this is a scam site

This is a complete scam site.

I ordered a led strip for my 55 inch TV as per the instructions on the website. It arrived 10 days later and apparently all their guidelines are wrong on the website and the led strip is small even for a 22 inch screen.

I asked to return the product as per their return policy and they offered me a $3 refund. I declined and I mentioned that their website is wrong and that was the reason I bought the product and they offered me a £5 refund and suggested that if I'm not happy with the product I can re-sell it or gift it to a friend.

I am chasing my refund with PayPal now.

Avoid. This is a scam site. I purchased what was sold as a Logitech C920 webcam, but was sent generic mass-produced unbranded junk which retails on eBay for 1/4 of the price I paid, and which performed appallingly (I subsequently purchased a C920 against which I could perform a comparison). This was not a mistake, it was fraudulent misrepresentation (i.e. a false representation which was made knowingly).

Upon requesting a refund a few days after receiving the misrepresented item, I received the following message on 6 April 2021 at 07:43:

"sorry to know that you are not 100% satisfied with this product, would you accept a partial refund of £3 for any inconvenience might bring to you? Thank you"

When I repeated my request, they used the same template reply, but this time with $USD rather than £GBP, as I received this message on 6 April 2021 at 08:35:

"sorry to know that you are not 100% satisfied with this product, would you accept a partial refund of $3 for any inconvenience might bring to you? Thank you"

I replied on 6 April 2021 at 08:48, whereafter I have received no further communications from the seller.

I infer from this that the site's business model is to lure customers into wasting their money then, for those who complain, delay them by repeatedly deploying the template email above, or a variant thereof, and thereafter ignore them. I have now compiled a bundle of the relevant misrepresentations and correspondence, and I am pursuing a refund through my credit card company. I suspect however that most people won't bother to do this, and therefore this is a profitable scam for the fraudsters operating this website.

I have selected the option in this review submission entitled, "Let Sookindy know about your review. Just check the box and we'll notify them. The review will be sent to [the site's email address]". I invite the website to rebut the allegations above if they are inaccurate. To everyone else, I exhort you to avoid this website.
