Great clothing, reasonable prices!

Note: My review is based off of Soo-Jin's customer service more than it is about the product I purchased. I ordered a jacket from Soo-Jin which is beautiful and I really like it but not what I initially expected for the price it was. The coat was not as thick as I wanted, thinking it would be good for winter, and I should've ordered a size up. There was nothing else wrong. I reached out to their customer service about the product and they were the most helpful with any questions I had. They are not a well-known site so I didn't expect much, but they were very courteous and responded in a timely manner. They are willing to help their customers and make sure their concerns are well-catered to. I ended up keeping the jacket because I found many uses for it, so it worked out well in the end. My experience overall was nothing less than satisfied!

Quick response about refunding cost of item I did not receive. Otherwise clothes were expected quality and close to size.

Four-star due to some size and quality issues on a lace shirt purchased. Fabric is very scratchy and difficult to wear.

Fast delivery. Clothes were as described...usually wear size Medium ordered a large fit perfectly.

I wanted to give this site a try and ordered three tops. I trusted the reviews and didn't hesitate to pick some clothes based on the photos on their website. The description and quality of the products was not present or at least in English.
I was surprised at how poor quality the clothes were. The material felt cheap and more like rags.
I would have returned it but it was coming from a factory in China (upon google mapping the sent address) and I didn't want to bother going to the post office for international postage. The three tops were kindly donated to local charity.

Update to my review... SooJin styles has now reported my review as slander...which it is not, everything I said in my review is true. I did not receive any shipping notifications through the duration of my long wait of my products shipping. Also why are all the 1 star reviews being reported? That goes to show you this is not a trustworthy company to buy from.
We still have not received our order. We also have not been notified of where our package is or when it will arrive

Tracking info didnt work for me. I don't think I got an email saying it even shipped. But it came in 3 weeks time. Nice dress. Sadly too small in the arms. I'm 5' 7" 149lbs and ordered a large. I normally order medium but I guess I needed an extra large??

My wife and I live in Toronto, Canada. I bought 8 items for my wife with 2 sizes bigger than her normal size for the tops and 3 sizes bigger for coats & sweater; and they all fits her. My wife likes all of them. She will buy clothes from SooJin again for sure.
We recommend Soojinstyle to everybody.

The quality of the clothes were much better than I expected! Shipping and delivery to US is about 2-3 weeks, but that’s expected. I’d order from Soo Jin again!

Customer service continues to be top notch at this store. Returns are easy as promised. You can’t fail with a purchase because at the end of the day, they will make sure you are happy. I highly recommend!

I've got a dress from this store and I the great quality of their product surprised me! Could easily be a dress purchased from some expensive brand. It looks exactly the same when you see the picture and the diversity of sizes is a plus as it is hard to find stores in asia that fits all parts of my body. The dress is super pretty, quality is awesome and I sure recommend everyone to buy from them!
