Pretty awful. Sent me a cheap imitation, and when I wanted to return it, they offered either to send it back to China and pay for it, or offered $6 refund.

Yes, they are a rip-off. I rec’d a bracelet in dark and black colors, not the bright colors I ordered. When I questioned it and sent them photo of it, they said they’d off 15% refund or 30% off another item. “Because return shipping will cost more than the item.” I told them they were Bad Business, three times, and to get lost, that I would advertise they were a “tough luck, Sucker” business. I should have looked up reviews of this online company beforehand, as should you. Overseas scams abound, it seems!

ordered a pair of shoes from this website, but unfortunately they were too small. I requested a return, which should be standard for online purchases.

To my surprise, the company refused the return and only offered two unacceptable options:

a partial refund of just 15%
or a 30% gift card for items I don’t want

I find these practices very disappointing and unprofessional. It honestly feels like the company is trying to avoid proper refunds instead of respecting customers’ rights.

I strongly recommend being careful before ordering from this site, especially if you are unsure about sizing, as their customer service is not reliable.

Wenn man Minuspunkte vergeben könnte, dann würde ich das machen. Abzocke ist das. Ganz schlechte Qualität und Ware. Bei Retoure darf man die Kosten selber tragen und sein Geld bekommt man nicht zurück. Ich bin am überlegen, ob ich es anwaltlich prüfen lasse.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The quality of the dress I received was very poor, especially considering the price charged.

When I raised the issue, I was offered only a 15% reimbursement, with the explanation that returning items to China would be expensive. Despite this, I chose to proceed with the return and found that the shipping cost was not unreasonable.

Unfortunately, the company did not cooperate with Chinese customs or make the necessary arrangements to receive and inspect the returned item. As a result, the dress was ultimately sent back to me, leaving me out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the overall service.

Based on my experience, I found both the product quality and customer service to be unacceptable.

Varning!!! Ännu ett bluff företag!

The company sent me the tracking and advised the parcel had left. After numerous emails to them 3 weeks later they email to say they couldn’t source the fabric and what else would I like to select!!!! Disgusting!

Un timo. el vestido que compré ni se acerca al de la foto promocional. Es caro y encima la calidad es mala. Cuando quiere hacer la devolución ni te contestan al correo. Tienes que enviar el paquete a china por lo que los costes son enormes.

⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Buyer Beware

I was completely dissatisfied from the moment my order arrived. The item looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The quality and appearance were far below expectations and felt misleading.

When I requested a refund, I was told I had to return the item at my own expense to China, which would have cost nearly as much as the item itself. As an alternative, they offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase—which makes no sense, since I had already lost trust in the company. Why would I order again from a business that was untrustworthy the first time?

I requested a full refund, explaining my consumer rights through numerous back-and-forth emails, but they refused to cover the return shipping or refund my money. Because of this, I am now going through my bank to recover the funds, which has been a long and frustrating process.

Overall, this experience has been exhausting and disappointing. The product was misrepresented, customer service was unhelpful, and the refund policy is unreasonable. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. In my opinion, this feels like a scam.

What I ordered vs what I received - and in order to refund me they expect me to pay to ship these trashy shoes all the way back to China? I’m livid.

This company is a Scam I never got my order since November. I will rate them ZERO…

Terrible experience if there was a -0 star review would have gladly given them that.
I recently bought a dress there and when I saw the reviews I emailed them to cancel my order and they replied asking if there was anything that could change my mind and I said no.
They then proceeded to send an email saying the dress has been shipped and I asked them why when it’s been cancelled and they gave a lame response saying we will try to get hold of the shipping company and that was that.
The dress arrived and the quality is terrible, design is different to the one on the picture even the material. Very disappointed and to return the dress you end up paying more in shipping costs it’s not worth it
