imagine going to support for help, then after days of them not being able to fix their own product. then ban you for fixing it yourself. their customer service is nothing but shit !

The customer support so far ive experienced very good, Adam helped me and answered my questions, and gave me the information i needed.
5/5 stars!

We used Sonoran CAD back in 2022, although the CAD was amazing to use their customer service was horrific. They had advertised an add-on script with features that we purchased, but noticed it was lacking some of those features.

We asked for a refund and it was denied, we sought feedback in their Discord and when we gave a negative review we became banned from the Discord as well as our Sonoran Cad access revoked without any refund or notice. It left our server without a MDT and we had to scramble to work on a new one.

So corporate, former free feature are behind a pay wall. Basically you have to pay to use the product.

My experience with their customer support / tech assist was horrible. I am cutting my losses with the company in the first few days due to several back and forth conversations that I feel were condescending and did not reflect the level of customer support that they advertise on their website prior to purchasing. Some of the issues that I experienced were that I was unaware that the server rental did not include the installation of the game connection, which after several attempts working with customer support they did do. Following that I had difficulty installing the CAD framework, it appears to be several different steps to complete but the directions are all over the place and difficult to follow. Being that it is their software it would be awesome if they were more proactive in assisting to make sure that it was a smooth process for you. After my disappointment I tried sharing my concerns with one of the upper level emails that they provided on their website and after a week and a half of no response, I am just considering my near $100 investment wasted. Could not recommend.

Their cad is brilliant, however their speed camera script is way overpriced for how underdeveloped it is. They couldn't offer a refund and instead I was banned from their discord for expessing this opinion.

- In responce to your reply those other reviews are not mine :) Also a "Speed Camera" would suggest it has billing functionalitiy just like every other free script out there. I had 0 warning before getting removed from the discord it just happened, I do agree I was asked to use the correct channel, little did I know I was going to be banned from the discord for sending one more message though and this could have been communicated more clearly. I suggest you rename your "Speed Camera" to "Traffic Monitoring" camera

- I have already made some suggestions via the propper methods but unfotunately I can't see whats actually happening with the updates as I was unfairly removed from the announcements discord

- Futher update, they have now banned our entire community from using the cad due to this negitive review. Very disapointing to see this re-action from a company.

Switched from RocketCAD, will NEVER go back. SonoranCAD has more features than anyone else, faster interface, speedy support and they keep on getting better!

Thinking about moving my VPS over as well, have had my friend recommend their servers.

Nathan, Tanner and the rest of the support team was absolutely amazing. They took their time out to help me figure out why our player blips were not showing up but, everything else was. Thank you all so much

SonoranCAD is an amazing platform. I've used several different CAD Systems before in the past, and they've all been a bust, none of them are fast enough, and able to compete. None of them are scalable, and just lack many features that you would like in a CAD System. SonoranCAD has amazing integrations and features that make the system lifelike with constant updates... SonoranCAD never disappoints.

I been using Sonoran Software Systems for a while now, and I have to say, i’m absolutely impressed with there systems! They practically do everything for you while you get to play around with buttons! But if you’re still thinking if there worth it or not, trust me, they are. There services are always being updated, there very fast, reliable, and there support is amazing. There support is very quick to respond and there very kind and helpful, spent 30 minutes with them trying to figure out why my API ID wouldn’t work, and we figured out that i was missing a key part in my server. Definitely a great service!

Sonoran Software has always had the best support around. Their product by far outperforms anything like it out there. After migrating to their CAD product, they continue to release new features almost weekly improving upon their already superior products. My community stopped development on our custom solution in favor for Sonoran CAD when so much of our feedback was valued and quickly implemented.

The support team is like no other, late nights, and long message threads to make sure my experience with their product turns out to be flawless in the end. Anyone who complains that this product is too much money or should be free doesn't understand the hard work the Sonoran team puts into their projects.

Keep up the great work! Customer for life!!!

SonoranCAD might be a slightly costly endeavor for some communities, but it absolutely worth it for those who want to create a professional, streamlined service for dispatching and record keeping in their community. The layout is easy to understand and extremely functional with great customization options. The in game integrations (with more to come!) are fantastic and provide an extra layer of immersion you cannot get with most CAD systems. The continued development is exciting as I'm always looking forward to seeing what's to come with this system! If you have a sizeable community and need a CAD - SonoranCAD is the way to go!

Incredible CAD/MDT for anyone looking to have a totally realistic experience withing their role-play servers. Incredible support team who's always ready to help you out no matter the issue, and do their best to walk you through it. Great team of people and an amazing CAD!

The staff team is super nice and helpful. They are always there to help and have never made me wait longer than a few minutes.
Sonorancad is the best FREE CAD/MDT system that I have found. It is super easy to use and set up and it has almost everything I need right there in the free plan!
