Sonic Soak is game-changer!
Its ultrasonic technology is incredibly efficient in cleaning even the most delicate items. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend it to everyone!

I've used it about 10 times. Today, I was using it on 720 sec runs with several minutes in between each run. I completed 3 runs. On the 4th, it ran for about a minute and then stopped. The unit was very hot, so I unplugged it and allowed it to cool. Once cool (room temp) I plugged it back in, and when I pressed the ON button, the timer started counting down, but no ultrasonic vibration. I tried several more times, allowing longer and longer time in between each attempt, and nothing. Won't be buying another one.

Their product, Sonic Soak, does NOT WORK AT ALL. IT'S DEFECTIVE. AS PER THEIR REQUEST, I SENT THEM A VIDEO OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS A PROOF. BUT STILL THEY NEVER AGREE NOR GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY SENT ME. THEY'RE A SCAMMER!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! SERIOUSLY THEY SHOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING!!!

My device didn't work at all. ​If you take receipt of a device you're automatically NOT eligible for a refund. You can only claim a replacement. And if that turns out to be defective too you'll never get your money back as you can't return used items.

Frankly something stinks with this- and it's not just my dirty socks the device didn't clean.

From their policy: Since Sonic Soak is used as a sanitary device, returns and refunds are not accepted. To be clear, all sales are final - no refunds will be available on any Sonic Soak products once delivery has been accepted.

If you already accepted delivery of the product, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will only be eligible for an exchange if you product is defective within the exchange

I purchased the Sonic Soakl as a promo item on Indiegogo March of 2019. After I received it, I had it working in a tub with some clothing articles. It stopped running and I contacted the company that wanted video of it not working. I sent video and they said they couldn't see it not running so couldn't help me. I boxed it up and put it away. just found it and retested to confirm it wasn't working. Tossed it in the garbage. A piece of crap. Don't waste your money.

Purchased 2 units and both failed within 2-3 uses. First they appeared to work but now they do not turn on at all. Discovered Sonic Soak has a NO REFUND WHATSOEVER policy. I wish I'd read this before purchasing. Now I've wasted my money. After a bit of google searching I've found very similar products from reputable companies at around 1/4 of the price. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! You will save money and get a decent product.

This is very urgent I have just used one of your sonic soaks and it exploded whilst I was using it , there were sparks and flames, coming from it , I have only used it occasionally and this is such a shock.
I gave 3 away as Christmas presents to family, I have called them immediately to tell them not to use them anymore and throw them away. I certainly do not want replacements, as I consider these to be dangerous and totally unsafe, I am just so relieved my children and dogs were out in the garden when this happened, the smell is still hanging in the house.

I do not want to leave any star. Beware this is a scam and the positive reviews are almost certainly fake. I backed their campaign, paid for it and I never ever received it. Their “support” team is totally unhelpful. They ask the same questions over and over, like “confirm your address”. Probably they are just bots. On facebook they censor comments. Please do not get involved with this company!

No refund for defective products - mine tripped the safety switch in my home when I first plugged it in - the casing flew off, and there were scorch marks on device. Sonic Soak told me that, yes, I had purchased the correct device for my country (AUS), they were 'very sorry' but their 'refund' policy does not apply once you have 'accepted delivery' of the package. Even if it's faulty. They seem to think it's acceptable to ask me to pay shipping costs for a replacement to be sent. This business treats its customers appallingly. Will not deal with them again.

I have been using SonicSoak to clean my golf clubs for several months now but a three months ago it stopped cleaning and kept failing so I raised a ticket with support.

Initial response within days pointed me to general FAQ's and then suggested I video the issue which I subsequently did and replied but they have not responded further despite several follow ups against the ticket raised.

I think the product has some quality issues and the support team are inundated with the deluge of tickets raised and their inability to actually solve anything.

I bought (and paid) for a unit. Two months and nothing. For the first month they would tell me it was shipped, the next month zip, nada, no response other than an auto-response thanking me for my message. Complete fraud. Don't waste your money with this fake front rip-off company.

Can't leave a negative review? Why not? Only options are +1-+5. Fake.

This is a scam. Cheap chinese s**t with a sticker on it which may or may not turn uo but if it does it will be after weeks of delays and stop working almost instantly. Stay clear.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and even though it is supposed to have been shipped just after that, I have not received it yet!
I chased them several times and all they would say (when they eventually responded) was that it was shipped!
The tracking information is ALL IN CHINESE so I have no idea when it is coming!
Money was taken from my card the same day and as they are no longer responding to any of my emails, I will be trying to get a full refund - somhow I don’t think this is going to be easy!

I was an early buyer of the 220 volt model and, like others, it took forever to receive a shipment. It would not turn on. SonicSoak eventually replaced the faulty device, but made me first return the original. Even though they had sent me a defective unit, they made me pay shipping fees. I bought the device to clean clothing while traveling overseas. The second unit turned on, but did not clean as well as hand washing -- a waste of money.

My primary purpose of purchasing this product is to clean my dentures between dentist appointments. But I have found that it is only excellent to use for quick 3-minute cleaning.

The gadget is high tech and advanced no doubt in that, but it still has some limitation. It has satisfactory results on small articles and cloth pieces, but it's not much good for bulky clothing. I tried to use it on my bedsheet; it didn't work. Then I tried my jeans, and it worked, but not much good.

Use this gadget for a lot of clothing pieces and other stuff; it presented decent results for them all. The thing even managed to clean my wedding ring that was there on my finger for over 5-years now. If it wasn't for the battery pack, I would have given it a full five-star review. But, still no hard feeling, I think the thing serves total value for money.

Making it short and simple, don't waste your money on this product; nothing sonic about it. The vibrating feature is pretty weak. I do not recommend purchasing this item.

The product works, ok. I purchased this cleaner for my night guard and occasionally take it on trips because it is cordless and small enough to pack in my suitcase. However, the battery compartment of my device started rusting two months after use.

Its a SCAM. Don't get involved with this company
