Postage, packaging and products are excellent, I love them. I have never been constant in using cosmetics, I used to buy something and use it for a week and then.... Nothing but these masks are brilliant and having the subscription means I don't even need to think about them, they just appear so I use them.

I started with Sonagi over a year ago and have absolutely no regrets. I've used other face mask subscriptions before but this is by far the best one. The company themselves are amazing, the prices are great and the face masks are always wonderful. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the selection of face masks each month. Every time they're different and all definitely worth the price.

So impressed with Sonagi masks. I have tried lots of Korean masks-but this one is worth to try! After used this masks for a month ones a week I have noticed improvement on my face .

Exactly as described, I purchased a month to try out all masks were brilliant and I'm keeping my subscription.
It's refreshing to have someone pick put masks to try so I'm not spending time reading reviews and scouring the Internet for the latest sheet masks.
For the price it is more than worth it every month I have paid over £10 for a single mask with sonagi you get enough for 1 a week in the month. It's a no brainer for me and it's delivered to your door for convenience, can't wait until my next deliver 🙌

I’m so happy I came across this site — the customer service is consistently excellent! I genuinely look forward to receiving my mask packages. The masks themselves are fabulous — far superior to the individual masks I was buying before. Now, I’m getting five for the same price! The value for money is outstanding.

Navigating the site is super easy too. You can cancel, skip an order, or adjust delivery dates with no hassle. I also love the information sheet included with each delivery — it’s thoughtful and genuinely useful.

The masks I have received are amazing, really looking forward to the BIVID one specifically. I had a query with my order and they were incredibly helpful and generous. 10/10 customer service and the masks are amazing quality, I felt so Bougie opening up the pack to a pile of luxurious masks ☺️

I am absolutely obsessed with this beauty subscription. I’ve had all the monthly boxes from the other brands and was always disappointed with the small sizes and sample size products, the duplication of product, and what I suspect is inflated ‘value’ of the boxes. I came across Sonagi on Facebook and subscribed. It only took a couple of days for my first package to arrive. I loved 4/5 of the masks so much I ordered another set in the same month, plus 6 extra single masks. When these arrived, I had also been sent an extra mask with a cute little hand written note. The products are amazing, especially the semi gel masks. This will be the only beauty subscription I use from now on.

I recently signed up to the face mask subscription and am so pleased that I did. I received my first package super fast and it was packaged lovely and fits in the letter box so no missing the delivery whilst I was at work. I also received a free gift 😊 The masks are excellent quality and make my skin feel amazing. Customer service is excellent and kind, and their company values align with my own. I cannot wait for the next delivery. I recently suffered a stroke, which has affected my mental health quite bad, this is just the thing to help cheer me up and look forward to each month. Thank you Sonagi! An excellent company with wonderful products, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been subscribed to their face mask boxes for a while now and also got their Christmas box. I’m impressed with the quality of the products and excellent customer service.

The collagen overnight mask is brilliant – my wrinkles were visibly improved after using it!

I got an ad for Sonagi on Instagram and thought I'll give it a try. Hands down best decision of 2024 🙌🏼 I'm so happy with each gorgeous set of sheet masks I receive in my package. I look forward to it every month honestly. The masks are high quality. Each comes with different benefits and I get to try Korean brands I normally couldn't. I've been subscribed for a couple of months now and don't think I'll be changing that. What's not to love?

Oh my for I cannot recommend Sonagi enough! Their Korean mask subscription is truly next-level! From the unbelievable quality of the masks (divine) to their top-tier customer service and last to their pricing which is incredibly competitive for what you get, making it an absolute steal for anyone serious about skincare!

A special shoutout to Johann, their head of supply! He is an absolute asset to Sonagi. Every minor issue or request I’ve had has been resolved within hours, which is unheard of in most subscription services. Their dedication, professionalism and promptness is remarkable!

But let’s get to what matters! My skin has never looked better. Since subscribing, I’ve incorporated a mask routine at least once or twice a week, and the results speak for themselves. My skin feels more hydrated, radiant, and healthier than ever.

I was a bit sceptical about joining a mask subscription, as I hadn’t had a good experience with sheet masks before. However, so far, the experience has been great! I’ve tried three out of the five masks, and they’ve all been really good and sensitive skin-friendly. The customer service team is excellent as well, responding quickly and really friendly . I can’t wait to try the February masks!

I'm on my second box and I'm very impressed so far. Excellent customer support, very good value for money, and most importantly, I have loved every single mask I've tried. I also enjoy being able to choose the mask which suits my mood or skin need at the time of application and being able to sometimes buy a mask I've tried and liked before. And the cards which come with the masks and describe each of them are very helpful, as it makes choosing which one to use so much easier. I even like the regular emails with tips!

The quality of products was amazing and the value is incredible. Absolutely loving the masks with the Ottie Fila Ceramide one being my current fav. I can’t wait for next months box 🥰

Love Sonagi 🥰 I’m usually not too fond of subscriptions but this one is amazing. The customer service team is friendly and very responsive, and I love getting a selection of 5 sheets masks that we can’t find in the UK and I think the price is a real bargain, too. I just received my order. What can I possibly say about this company? First of all I didn't even expect the package to include that many things. Given the price, it's very much worth it. Secondly, my order was a bit late and I contacted them to ask if everything is fine. I mean, you never know these days when everyone is a scammer. I was also angry because another website messed up my order and my email to Sonagi was a bit aggressive. I apologise for that. It was immature and inappropriate. I received a reply almost immediately. They informed me why there was a delay and shipped the next day. My package also had a note inside explaining the issue and they informed me about a free gift as well. This is what great customer service is. They responded immediately, they provided help, they shipped the items safely. I have 0 complaints. As for the products, I have used some of them in the past so I trust them. Some review in here mentioned that they don't do anything and that they're like wet towels which is a huge lie. You can actually read the ingredients on the back of each mask. If you think that hyaluronic acid and vitamins don't do anything for your skin at all then you shouldn't be using any creams or anything else. The quality of the masks is well known, we're not going to dispute that now. The fact that my pores were huge and are now non existent is proof enough. My final thoughts are: for 12-13£ you get something that will completely change your skin if you have large pores, dryness and discolouration. What more can you ask for? They also have options to cancel your subscription obviously, skip your next order, change the schedule of your orders and in general do whatever you want or need. Even if you want to try it once you can easily do that. And remember that you're not paying 13£ for a mask only. You're getting an entire package with 7 masks inside. I don't know if this is going to be the amount of items with every order but it definitely is very much worth trying it at least once. Excellent items, excellent customer support and overall an excellent company that does what it promises.
