Subscribing to Sonagi has been the best gift I’ve ever given my skin. The masks are all exceptional quality, and the customer service is second to none. You can tell there is an immensely passionate team behind the company. I recommend it to everyone. My skin is glowing.

I have been subscribed to Sonagi for a year now and it is my favourite subscription and better than any other beauty box I have ever had. I love using my masks once a week to take some self care time. I love having the option to add products to try or add products you have previously used and enjoyed.

I've been subscribing for almost a year and I love my face mask treats every month. Much better quality than what we normally find in the UK and affordable.

I joined Sonagi in Aug 2024 and I absolutely love my subscription. I was an early adopter of Japanese and Korean skincare in the UK about 12 years ago, back when everything had to be imported. I’ve always liked the enforced relaxation and skin benefits of sheet masks, and the advantage of the subscription is having knowledgeable folks curate the selection. I do think my skin overall is more hydrated and has better texture. It’s incredibly good value for money and I love the gifts and extras. Customer service is also top notch. I’d highly recommend a Sonagi subscription.

Such an amazing company! The products are really high quality, my skin feels great and has definitely has improved since I started my subscription over one year ago. They add some little gifts and goodies in which gives it a personal feel and it is always appreciated! Love them and I cant see myself ever stopping my subscription.

It's great to receive a box of face treats each month, with all the decision making removed. There's plenty of choice and I have found each mask suits my skin (no nasty reactions). They do seem to be good quality.

Amazing company! Great and fast customer service! There was an issue with delivery (not a fault of Sonagi) This was rectified so quickly and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The products are really high quality, my skin feels so soft and definitely has improved since I've used the subscription box. It really is worth it! Highly recommended!

I have been receiving a monthly subscription from Sonagi for several years now and I couldn't live without it. I love sheet masks and Korean beauty products in general and this is an excellent way to sample a selection of brands and types of sheet masks without feeling overwhelmed by trying to online shop for them myself.

I have sensitive aging skin with psoriasis and the masks help so much. The proof for me is that people regularly are shocked that I am 50 and think I'm in my early 30s and ask me for my tips and tricks. I always recommend to add sheet masks into their routines for healthy youthful and glowing skin and sunscreen of course.

My dermatologist also said that sheet masks are an excellent way to alleviate the facial psoriasis as it helps the moisturising products reach deeper levels, especially sheet masks containing niacinamide. Sonagi has actually included extra masks for me before based on this, with a personalised note. That level of attention to specific customer needs is not easily found. I would give more stars if I could.

Just had a couple of orders from Sonagi. The last one, delivered in a clear bag round the box by Royal Mail, had obviously had a very rough ride through the Mail. Sonagi were brilliant and replaced what should have been in there, and some free samples too. Highly recommended, both the company and their products

I absolutely adore this company. I have been a subscriber for nearly a year now and I absolutely love it! Every month the mask selections are amazing! The curators note telling you how to use the mask and the benifits of each mask is so helpful. I will never cancel my subscription! Love love love 💕

As well as having excellent products and a thoughtfully curated monthly selection of masks, Sonagi has amazing Customer Service. I had to contact them as I had made an error in choosing my masks and delivery date, and they were so quick and efficient not only in coming right back to me, but in fixing everything as quickly as possible. Special shout out to Andie and Cenk, who were both extremely friendly and efficient. The company really feels like it cares about both it's products and it's customers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I absolutely love this company, the masks have been incredible for my 40yr old skin and I always get compliments.
I have always loved good quality skincare but dont need much more than these now. The collagen masks are a personal fave!
They are such good value as well.

I’ve been subscribed to Sonagi for over a year now and honestly love it! The masks are amazing quality, feel soooo nice on the skin. For the price, it’s such a bargain – I’d even say cheap for what you get.
Their customer service is also spot on. Anytime I had a question or I made mistakes with my order/ subscription or had royal mail issue they replied super quickly and were really helpful.

I cannot rate this company high enough! It's such a brilliant business idea. I love that the masks are different every month and that they are chosen especially for us. It's a great way to sample the diversity of K-beauty and someone else does the shopping for me! The masks are always great quality and I love papering myself. My skin always feels so nice afterward.

This is probably the beat treat I've had all year. Every month a new selection arrives and they are ALL great! Honestly the beat monthly subscription i could hope for! my skin feels amazing. I love getting these masks every month. Really good quality and great to get to try all of these fantastic Korean products. Love the freebies like free tea samples too!
