Sommer Swim Bikinis are my favourites since years. The quality is amazing (I wear them all the time and they look like new), I love the slight shine of the material which makes the colors pop, and the flattering cuts. Customer service is great too, they are kind and quick to reply and help. The bikinis run true to size and arrive fast after ordering. I come back every year to pick another one...

I had a really great experience with Sommer Swim. The quality of their products is fantastic, and everything arrived exactly as expected. What stood out the most, though, was their customer service.

Bianca from the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout my return process. She made everything smooth, quick, and completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across such attentive and efficient support.

I have been a customer at Sommer Swim for 3 years now and they been a part of my holidays every year! I just love the brand so much, and the quality is amazing! Now with my latest order I had some issues with the delivery as it got stuck in Berlin. Sarah from customer service helped me with the issue and solved it the best way possible. She is simply amazing and even if my package disappeared I am now waiting for a new bikini that I already know I will love! Major major thanks to Sarah for helping me out! Xx

Bikinis are in the best quality - I have purchased several times! One time they send me the incorrect item by mistake. As I reached out to the customer service, they send me the correct item right away by express delivery free of charge and covered all the expenses for the return of the incorrect item as well. The communication were fast, friendly and very positive. What you should expect when purchasing an exclusive product :))

I ordered a bikini from Sommer Swim and unfortunately the top appears to have a pattern defect. The underwire does not lie flat against the body and the fabric protrudes outward, making it impossible to wear.

The item was delivered only one day ago and was only tried on briefly at home. The hygienic sticker is still intact.

I contacted customer service to request a return, but the brand refused because the item was purchased with a discount.

As a customer based in the EU (Spain), I was surprised by this response because EU consumer law allows customers to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days and defective products should be returnable.

I hope the company reviews this situation and improves its return policy for customers

I had an issue and they were able to promptly resolve it. I appreciate how quickly and client friendly their service was. Not to mention, the swimsuits are absolutely stunning.

Not only are these the best bikini styles and fabrics (and trust me i have tried many global brands), but the customer team are always so genuinely helpful, which really keeps me coming back. If a brand has great style and also cares about their customers, they have my loyal following :). A special shout to Sarah, who helped me so much on this occasion. Can't wait for my new bikinis and many more to come haha!

I made a mistake with sizing in my Boxing Day order. I was able to correspond with Sarah from the customer care department who was very diligent in responding and rectifying my mistake allowing me to exchange the size. Very appreciative of the fantastic customer service and cannot wait to wear my new bikini!

Sommer Swim is the most gorgeous swimwear brand I have ever seen. Their choice of fabric is really good. I just love how it look so luxurious on everyone that wear their bikinis. It's really hard to find swimwear brand with this kind of aesthetic. I'm obsessed.

Sarah was such a help when I received an order and the product was actually the wrong top. Seemed like the factory might have put the incorrect labels on all of the packaging. Sarah helped to not only get me the correct product overnighted with Fedex but also was so quick and excellent with handling this issue. One of my favourite brands for product and now for customer care as well.

Sommer Swim are always my go to swimwear brand. I absolutely love the quality, the styles and colours.
My most favourite top of all is the Ryan. I have this in quite a few colours. This style easily fits any body shape and the gold hardware just makes it such a beautiful bikini top. I love to wear it under a linen shirt on tropical holidays and have the shirt buttoned down so the gold and little of the bathers can be seen, in particular it looks great in the Leopard print under a black linen shirt, so stylish.
I have always received such wonderful support from customer service as well if I need help with sizes or return etc they are so friendly and helpful 🤩

5 stars. I have 3 bikini's so far .. and counting! Great quality material and craftmanship, beautiful hardware and a great fit! Bonus - the customer service is also great!

Do not buy from this brand. The swimsuits may look pretty but they are cheap and poorly designed. I bought a set from them and am so disappointed. The top is flimsy, made from cheap material and has no way to adjust the traps and also offer NO support. For how expensive the suits are, this should not happen. Their exchange and return policies are terrible. Do not waste your money. It’s a total scam. I bought a suit for my honeymoon and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. I caution anyone from buying from here.

Just ordered from Sommer Swim and I’m already impressed!! Their customer service was amazing, quick and easy to work with. On top of that, the swimwear feels high quality and the styles are really flattering. Definitely my new fav swimwear brand!!

I'm so impressed with this swimwear! The fit is perfect, super flattering and supportive without feeling restrictive. Fabric feels premium and holds its shape.

I ordered a bikini and selected my size based on their size guide. It should have fit me perfectly, based on the size guide, but it did not. Because they have a no returns policy, I asked to exchange. Because I used a coupon code for a discount (that brought the price down from almost $200 to $167) they said exchanges weren’t possible on sale items but that they would made an exception. Okay, so I had to email back and forth to get the exchange approved. Then they only gave me $152 store credit back. So now I’m out $15 and still have to figure out which set is going to fit me best. So if I have to purchase and exchange multiple sets trying to get the right size, that could end up being very costly. I wrote to their customer support to express my frustration with this and they were not helpful at all and basically gaslit and ignored my concerns. Very bad customer service. Bad return/exchange policy. Complicated exchange process. Still not swimsuit because I’m afraid to buy something else from them even though I have the store credit.
I’d rather buy from other quality swimwear brands (like Monday Swimwear) that allow reasonable return and exchange policies.

I also purchased the $20 two-day shipping and it didn’t arrive for 5 days.

I’ll never buy another swimsuit from Sommer swim. Bad policies. Bad customer support.
