The owner of this shop is amazing she's kind, caring and a beautiful soul, I went in on a rant about life and thi gs going on and dispite her own struggles in life she listened to me and cared, I hope you have an amazing Christmas and all the luck in the world, this shop is reasonably priced and I'm sure would get you anything you needed in stock.

You ordered and were sent a small pair of Peter Stone solid silver hallmarked ear studs (which we packed up in a free gift box), and a pair of novelty witches hat salt and pepper pots. It's sad that this is the first time I have heard about this and that you chose to write this here instead of getting in touch with me to arrange a return and refund, given how unhappy you are. I'm still happy for you to return them to me in their original packaging, and I will issue you with a full refund upon receipt.

Warm welcoming Customer service
The lady was very helpful and very polite. And gave me some helpful advice on some things I was looking for and explained how certain things worked. I didn’t won’t to leave the stool. Felt very welcomed and will definitely be going back to the stool and the new shop that will open soon. Would definitely recommend this company to other people. Brilliant customer service
