Very pleased with the grill this grill will last a lifetime due to the build quality

Very helpful, we went to visit and have a look at the products. Purchased at Christmas for my husband a Asado Grill, he is very pleased with it.
Thanks to all

Slow dispatch and lack of delivery information ie no automated email responses to order and subsequent tracking.

Amazing grill, and so much fun to use. I still haven’t tried the rotisserie yet, waiting for it to stop raining. But have cooked some fantastic meat already.

This is an excellent product backed up by fantastic customer service from Ben. The delivery was arranged for a day that suited me and the grill was well packaged with clear instructions on how to get up and running.
I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting one to take the plunge, you will not regret it.

Excellent product and first class service.

Good contact emails. Amazing product.

A great piece of kit. Needed a little help putting the base together but great follow up help and info

The Somerset, Glastonbury Asado grill, really is a top qaulity Argentinian Asado, the design of the grill, firebox and grill area ‘v’ bars and drip tray is perfect, it has been expertily fabricated in really solid materials, making it a total pleasure to cook with over wood-fire...if you are looking to purchase an Asado, this is the one to go for…

The guys at Somerset Grills were very responsive, there was no shortage of communication about the delivery and a load more on how to assemble etc.. They made the whole process simple from start to finish.

Great product and support. I would thoroughly recommend these grills the quality is exceptional.

It's an awesome product! Delivery as expected and easy to assemble but no instructions?

Been looking at these for some time on social media. Met the fellas at a show, and saw it in person.( great bit of kit ).
Couldn't have been more helpful. When there was a whoppsy with something, they couldn't be quicker with getting it sorted.
If I didn't say earlier I got one.

We love this grill! It cooks really nicely, and having temperature control is great.

Great product and service. Delighted with the asafoetida grill particularly the rotisserie. Highly recommended

Fantastic service from Somerset Grill with a special delivery of a missing component on a Sunday morning and the grill experts round here reckon that this is the best ever and top quality manufacture.

The grill is built like a tank and the attention to detail is great. Ben is very responsive to help and delivery was faster than I thought - for such a large and heavy item.

Great Product - Extremely well made
Having thought about the purchase for some time we decided to buy the Osado grill. We have been delighted with it, the delivery was on time and the support we have recived has been perfect, even getting a response to a query over the weekend. Well Done Somerset Grill, If you want one of these, you WONT be disappointed

Installed and started cooking on the new somerset grill two days ago. Chicken on the spit and then a tomerhawk steak. It is brilliant and worth every penny.
