If I could give this 0 stars I would. My experience was bad from start to finish. They seem to have updated their website with a rebrand, but their service and psychologists are very poor. My psychologist showed up 20 minutes late and then seemed to be doing the dishes while having our session. Avoid this service at all costs.

Fake Reviews. Dodgy. Open Your Eyes
Horrible experience by the support team. Came on to check reviews - seems there are hundred of fake TrustPilot accounts leaving reviews on here (most accounts only have 1-2 reviews max...). Buyer be warned....

Never got the chance to talk to someone
The idea is very good however it never worked for me. The 2 first psychologists canceled at te last minute and the last one never turned up I was connected for 25 minutes inside the waiting room no one came. When I tried to contact the online desk, they were not helpful at all. Don't wste your time with those people.

Worse than useless, detrimental!
Horrible company with horrible staff. It's nothing but a scam. They took my mental health level back years in a matter of weeks. Please beware. Would be more helpful banging your head against a wall.

Good and accessible mental health space
Friendly staff and very responsive. The psychologist I'm seeing seems very knowledgeable.
I was recommended to find this website and I'm glad I did. Is accessible and easy to find information. A great option for people to have mental health professionals available.

The psychologists are good and the…
The psychologists are good and the platform offers more treatment options because of the variety of professionals that work with them. If you are not working or affordability is an issue, having a bulk billed option is great. They also provide access to a GP for a mental health plan.
The only issue has been the chat and call centre staff. They are not patient and can be very insistent on wrong information when there is a system issue and you need assistance. This is problematic because it can cause a lot of stress if a patient is not in a healthy place. I have raised this and hope they address it soon.

I can only say good things so far.The time frame was quick and the platform is easy to use. You don’t need to down load confusing programs to access support. My psychologist is insightful and questioning in a non threatening manner that allowed me to talk about what I needed to not what I thought I should. I would encourage anyone who needs assistance to access help via Someone.heath.
