Very communicative and warm
The company is very communicative with me and they make me feel valuable as a person rather than making me feel like just another customer! Any communication I’ve had with the administrative team has been very warm and positive. I think there were some wrong emails sent though. On 8th Dec 2021, I had been sent an email by a Vanessa Lee asking for me to complete an intake form before my supposed appointment with her when I don’t have any appointments with her at all.

First Timer
I felt very comfortable from the start of the session to the end of the session - very happy with the psychologist chosen - have booked more appointments with her.
My second appointment booked 19.12.2022 did not go so well - she did not commence with my session booked and made no contact as to what was going on even someone.health could not reach her - so missed out on a much needed session and cancelled my third session with this person as found to be unreliable and unprofessional - will continue with a different psychologist now.

Very helpful session
Very helpful session. All staff interactions have been excellent. The only big issue I have is putting my birthdate in. It is a very time consuming tedious process.
