Having the new boiler replacement was a painless experience, the engineer was clean tidy and courteous, I just left him to get on with the job he was here to do. Yes I would recommend the company.

Solutions plumbing & heating is a trust worthy company. When my old boiler broke down and needed to be replaced, I called them in for the work. They have done exactly what has been agreed with quality and efficiency. I am very impressed with their professional approach. Tom explained everything clearly and it made very good sense. The price for the work was competitive on a like to like basis. After the job done, there was some water pressure dropping issue, they followed it up and had it sorted. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to my family or friends.

Steer very clear of this company. They take no responsibility for their work nor their failings. I am taking legal action against them and have reported them to trading standards. Worst case, I believe they were also fraudulent when I changed my mind about upgrading the pipework from my front door to the panement. On moving back in, the water pressure was very low and the first comment was that they had told me to upgrade the pipework. As it turned out, they had (I believe deliberately) left the stop valve only half open and had recommended that there was no access to the stop valve required internallly because the water could be turned off on the street. As a result I had to have the newly laid floor dug up to show what they had done and open the stop valve. They also failed to connect one of the downstairs radiators at all and seem to be attempting to say all of this was someone elses fault

The owner is friendly and polite. I would say he is a professional salesman. However, the engineers are very careless when they install a new boiler for us. They broke our main door and damaged our wall, leaving the wall with a big hole on it. After messaging them several times, they finally did something to fix the hole, but by using grey paint on a white wall. They also stop following up on outstanding issues after you made the payment.
At the end, they did deduct 0.2% from the payment to compensate us for the damage on the wall. But there are outstanding issues they did not follow up.
1. The strong gas smell in the boiler room
2. The grey paint on white wall to cover the hole
3. A broken door hinge
4. They didn’t return us the parking pass

They also charged us for 2 full days of work, where the engineers only came for 2 half days( from 9am to before 1pm)

Solutions Plumbing offered a review and quote with a date for replacing my boiler within a very short period of time. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by friendly and skilled engineers who responded knowledgeably to all my enquiries.
I was very pleased with the outcome as everything was located exactly where I wanted it with no exposed pipework and the site left clean and tidy.
