On time as was arranged.

Ben delivered my order today, within the timeframe given. I have not unpacked or assembled the bed as yet. All looks delivered with care. Ben was considerate of the safety of my little girl who was wanting to get involved with the drop off.

Absolutely appalled by the service. Bought a bed frame to be delivered within 5 days and I’m still waiting 3 weeks later. Their customer service is useless.

Took delivery of 4 office chairs for The Johnson Partnership. Our delivery driver was called Ben and although he couldn't park directly outside the office, he was more than happy to help wheel them over and make sure they all got to the office safely, he was very polite and very helpful.

Daniel delivered a bed and picked up one up as well. He was friendly and extremely helpful - in fact the order had been messed up and the pick up hadn’t been booked. With a minimum of fuss, Daniel sorted everything out. A further complication came when it transpired that two beds had been orders instead of one. Again, with no fuss or difficulty, he sorted the problem out.

Daniel was great, he called and asked permission to leave in the building as I was out. He even carried the chair up to level 4! Highly recommend.
