I've been a SOLIDWORKS user for about 20yrs. I used to have support with another (big) distributor, but moved to Solidx about 3yrs ago. So glad I did. I'm no longer just a number, I'm a valued customer. Ed and Matt have simply been remarkable. Friendly, technically incredibly knowledgeable, and happy to jump on a call to solve any issues I've had. They take time to know me, what I do, how I work, what services/skills are of genuine benefit to me.

SolidX have been very helpful, professional and accommodating. Jack Bullivant answered our questions/queries promptly, provided a great quote with multiple options to best suit our needs and handled the transfer from our previous provider with speed and efficiency. We would highly recommend SolidX.

Without a doubt, Theo made this training super easy to follow. Not once was he unable to answer any question any of us asked, proof that he is the right person for this job, and I found him super easy to work with. When I first opened SolidWorks, I was lost and had no idea what I was doing. After training with Theo, I now have all the skills I need to design and create drawings, and I picked up things I will likely never use, but it's still good to know how to use the functions. If you use SolidWorks and are thinking of doing this course... Stop thinking about it and book it!

Ed was immensely helpful in troubleshooting and solving a complex technical issue with our backup and restore processes for our SOLIDWORKS PDM installation.

The Solidworks training with Theo was quite interesting, and certainly not as painful as i anticipated. He was very patient to answer my endless questions and didn't make me feel daft for asking them.

The extremely helpful member of staff advised the options and directed me to the most effective and efficient route for my business.
I now have the software I need and have been supported throughout the process by SOLIDX, they also advised about the grant schemes available for financial support in my purchase.
