The appraiser from this company was not contacted by the Mortgage Company to stop the process per my request 4 days prior to showing up to my house.
This person was so rude, immature and unprofessional, he called me at work and hung up on me during a meeting when colleagues were aware, when he realized he was there for no reason.
I honestly feel as though I dodged a bullet by not having this clown all over my property. Report was filed with Rocket Mortgage and the RM consultant with whom I was working. This was a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN and STAY AWAY from an appraisal company that hires Bozos when you need a consummate professional.

Gavino E Marquez was the appraisal guy, he came late, personal hygiene issues and overall appraised the house in 10 min and decreased about 40k from the value. Another appraisal was done a month ago, the house was 42k higher. Crazy!!!

They subcontracted NLD appraisals in Victoria and they were extremely slow in responding. There is a need of a good and agile appraisal company.

Worst company to deal with also they charged us more than what we were told wish I could give negative stars

Was sent a payment link for $355 which I approved but then they charged me $465 without my approval. Didn't even go to the property they appraisal services are a complete scam.

Solidifi expects me to act as a mailing agent for disbursement. Instead of mailing a check to the bank to payoff a loan as part of a closing Solidifi sent me a check, made out to the bank, and said I was to mail the check to the bank. What is wrong with Solidifi sending the check to the bank directly? Now I have to take the time to pay postage and tracking on mailing the check to the bank. I think I'll bill Solidifi for acting as their mailing agent...

They charged me thrice on my credit card
WORST EXPERIENCE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO CHARGE INTIALLY CHARGED 288 and then suddenly changed to 378 without my approval

I was quoted a cost of about $400.00, my final payment that I consider they stole from my credit card was over $850.00.
The appraiser was rude and uncaring and appraised my home for $50,000.00 less than the last appraisal I got a couple of years ago… after a new metal roof and new windows!!
He obviously doesn’t know what he is doing.
DON’T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!

I would give them zero stars if they allowed me to. I also blame rocket mortgage for continuing to use a company like them to do their appraisal. Charged over $600 for a half a$$ job which didn’t even come close to what the house was worth, so had to go with another lender which lead to another appraisal company which was better and actually knew how to do their job.

These guys are Terrible at what they do. They don’t know how to appraise homes and they charged me more than what the cost of appraisal they quoted. I will have to dispute the charge because that is criminal and deceptive. Stay away from them

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, they severely underappraised our home and completely forgot to include a bathroom, a similar home in the area just sold for about what our house was zillow estimated at, terrible company would never recommend. I'm going to be livid if we have to pay for another separate appraisal because our bank uses them...

They under valued my home and also charged me twice in my credit card.
My home value was higher last year and no renovations were done in my basement. This year full renovation and my home is 50k lower. These people are useless.

Im a mortgage broker and we all hate AMCs but these guys do an amazing job. By far the best AMC ive worked with over past few years. Its not perfect but I can tell they actually care about their clients.

One of the worst and most unprofessional companies for house appraisal. Value is not accurate compared to other companies in the market.

Total Garbage company.

They charge companies to use their services, and provide inaccurate appraisals - the first one they claimed they did a drive by, but the pictures they used in their driveby were from the original MLS listing, and did not have the new windows. They then appraised our house at 310,000 - we purchased the home for 375,000. We had to pay 460$ for a second party appraisal, who came to the house, and appraised at 425,000. The difference was 115,000$ off. There should be better regulations on their services, since they do not provide accurate appraisals and are causing potentially many people to not qualify for a loan product they may have otherwise received.

Sat on hold for 15 minutes just to be told the person I was waiting for was not going to be taking my call. Refused to update an appraisal error. The only other option is to order a new appraisal from a new vendor which will incur significant additional costs. Will never work with this company again.

company booked our appraisal after our completion date would've already been over and this was needed for our completion. Our mortgage broker spoke with the appraiser/manager and promised to have appraisal done for our completion date and they didn't so we had to scramble to get an extension. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
