Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a keyboard from the site on 6/10/2025. When I received it, it turned out to be refurbished, even though the listing didn't say that it was. I reached out and asked them about it, and they told me that most of their items were refurbished even if not clearly indicated as such. I was willing to let that slide, and let slide the fact that the lights on the keyboard were out of sync and not working properly, but within a week or two, it began to have more serious problems; mostly either not registering keys pressed, or registering a single press as anywhere from 2-5 presses. I reached out to request a refund on 7/2/2025, and after going back and forth with them they sent me an RMA and tracking label on 7/10/2025. I sent it back on 7/25/2025, and the tracking number indicated that they received it on 8/5/2025. Now, almost 3 months later, not only have I not received a refund, I can't even get a response from them. I've sent 6 emails to every address they have listed, and not one has even been acknowledged. I've also tried using the support chat on their page; the first time, the rep apologized, said he was "looking into it" and that I should get an update soon. A week later, I tried again, and the chat just kept disconnecting me. So now I'm out $150, have no keyboard to show for it, and my only hope is that my bank lets me dispute the original charge. Do not use this company under any circumstances, unless you want to be ripped off.

The company tried to get this review taken down as defamatory, but I sent TrustPilot all the documentation I had, and they decided it was pretty accurate. Afterwards, I thought I might finally have the attention from someone at the company, so I sent another email to every address I had for them. Within hours, a representative reached out to apologize and say the refund would be issued in the next few days. A few days later, they reached back out saying that they couldn't refund my original payment source and to please give them a Paypal or Zelle account to refund it to. I sent them the info within 24 hours. Now, 2 weeks later, still no refund, and they've once again ghosted me. At this point, I'd be happy just to get back the broken keyboard (a broken keyboard that I paid over $150 for,)so I could use it for parts.
Update 2/5/2026:
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and a day after they forwarded it to the company someone reached out to me to say the refund had been completed; I checked Paypal, and after 6 months and far, far too much effort, I finally got my money back. Still can't say I'd recommend doing business with them.
