As a new sole trader, I joined the course wanting clear guidance on how to find and attract clients in a way that felt congruent with both my values and the way I want to lead my business. I struggled with allocating 'work time' as a full-time mum, but the regular coaching sessions reminded me of the value of my time and my business. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I was comforted knowing that I would have the chance to discuss the 'wins and wobbles' of each week. Coming together with other business-owners in an informal, yet well-structured weekly session was a really wonderful element of this course. I also especially loved our 'Tribe' coffee mornings, where we could expand on ideas and have a well-needed general catch-up!

As someone still at the beginning of this journey, the combination of strategy and encouragement has been invaluable.

The GROW Course is an amazing programme that Sarah has thoughtfully put together. It really makes you stop and think at every stage of your business. It helped me reflect on how I interact with my clients before, during, and after their treatments, and how those small details can make a big difference.

The course provides regular reminders of simple but effective things you can be doing to grow your business, from increasing visibility to stepping outside your comfort zone. One of the things I found most valuable was the encouragement to collaborate with other therapists. It helped me feel less alone and gave me fresh ideas I can apply to my own practice.
