Lewis was more than helpful

Lewis was more than helpful. Questions were answered swiftly and I purchased a new watch which suited my requirements relents and at a fair price.
Delivery was in 2 days.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Excellent Service from Solent Timepieces

Very pleased to review Solent Timepieces. My watch arrived promptly and well packed. The watch is fully as described and 1st class condition (new). Excellent and simple purchase process with an email follow up service to ensure everything was ok. Recommended..

Solent Timepieces (Lewis) - Professional, trustworthy and joy to deal with.

Having seen a watch advertised on Marketplace I contacted Solent Timepieces, Lewis responded immediately and went out of his way to meet me for a viewing. We met in a Watchmakers so I was able to properly inspect the watch. The watch was exactly as described, and well priced. It’s a fantastic Rolex, just what I wanted. Lewis was friendly, relaxed and professional, and there was no pressure selling. Having decided to buy the watch, again Lewis went out of his way to ensure a stress free transaction, offering to deliver it to my home address. I couldn’t be happier with the watch, or the service provided. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Solent Timepieces, and wish Lewis luck in building the business. I would definitely buy from STL again. Thank you.

I Bought a 2nd Rolex..... (Steel & Gold, Blue Dial Sub)

Not a lot to say as you will see from my last review, I recently bought an Rolex Air King from lewis. Following that purchase I asked Lewis if he could source me a new Steel & Gold Submariner with blue dial. Well I didn't have to wait long, Lewis found me a 2023, unworn full set with stickers and original receipt. I bought it whilst on holiday and Lewis arranged delivery when I got back. Delighted.

A Watch supplier you can trust

This is the 5th watch I’ve purchased from Solent timepieces Ltd. I won’t buy from anyone else now.
I asked for a particular watch that is hard to find (omega planet ocean chronograph in orange) this watch has always been a dream of mine to own. Within a week the my dream came true and the watch was delivered personally.I gave Solent my budget and they found the watch for under what I was expecting to pay.
Thank you again for a great service will be in touch for my next purchase very soon.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!
Lewis found me on a Private Rolex selling page on Facebook and wanted to buy my watch.
At first, with it being Facebook, I was terrified of being scammed but after asking Lewis one million questions (thank you for your patience) & asking for proof of being a legit business, he sent over every document I asked for and really put my mind and nerves at ease.
The whole process of selling to him was so quick and easy, he was incredibly helpful and also offered a great price for my timepiece.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I would happily do business with them again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant from start to…

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
Answered all my questions straight away and clearly have an extensive knowledge of all watches. Definitely will be a returning customer and would recommend them to anybody. Faultless.
