Loved it! I had a fantastic experience with SolarSesame.com, and Kerrie made the entire process easy and stress-free with clear, transparent communication from start to finish. The installation was smooth and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall .. the backup power gives us real peace of mind and we’re already seeing savings compared to PG&E. The team handled everything efficiently, and I’m even considering taking advantage of SolarSesame’s CV promo because the value has been that impressive. Highly recommend!

Nice work place

Their subsidiary Twinespot owes a lot of people a lot of money. They simply shut it down and the CEO Manan Singh completely ghosted us. Avoid like the plague, they could be gone any second.
LATER EDIT: They reported this review saying it's for another company. How low can you stoop? Pay people what they're owed instead of trying to hide things under the rug.
Second Edit: now they say they have nothing to do with Twinspot. But it literally says so on their website, just google "solarsesame twinespot" and there is a job posting that says "About SolarSesame (division of TwineSpot Inc.)"

DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY MAY ONE DAY DISAPPEAR AND LEAVE YOU HANGING

They installed all panels in December 2024 and didn't turn on the power until April 23, 2025. They did not turn the power on correctly, and my PG&E bill is almost $800. I have been going nuts trying to resolve this, and all I get are empty promises with no results. I sent the owner a long email explaining all the problems his company is causing me, and he didn't reply. I am in SOLAR HELL

Kerrie was super helpful and easy to talk to about going solar. She explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and genuinely seemed to care about what was best for my situation. Highly recommend chatting with her if you’re considering solar!

Marcel showed me how much I could save with solar calculator I wasn't able to qualify but I would recommend Marcel to help you go solar if your considering it.

Marcel was an absolute pleasure to talk he really showed a true interest in what I want and provided a vast knowledge of solar, would highly recommend asking for him to help with your solar needs

I had a great experience with Kerrie from Solar Sesame. She was on time, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. I appreciated how she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t pressure me at all. Definitely recommend calling Kerrie if you’re considering going solar.

Mo H was the person who do the consultation with me. He informed me of how solar works and how I can stop paying PG&E a ton of money. I think it's gonna work out and I'm glad that I gave them a chance when I took the phone call.

The process for getting solar started out a little rocky for us but once SolarSesame (Mei McPherson) took over it was smooth sailing. They are knowledgeable, patient (answering a zillion questions) and have great follow through. The install team did a great job as well. Overall we are happy we found SolarSesame!

All the people who had previously worked with SolarSesame recommended them as a trustworthy and reliable company. I consider getting my solars with them👌

Website was great and helpful, employees are nice and knowledgeable, over all great experience.

Very impressed with the presentation. Still looking at all my options between buying, ppa, or lease and quotes. But this company is in my top 3 at number 1 so far! Would recommend and I will come back and update!
