Superb company, very quick costing and product delivery. Installation was a dream with the installers, John and Neil performing way and above the norm, Took the time to explain every detail. Highly recommended if your looking for Solar, Battery, and EV installation

Very efficient installers, no issues at all. Customer support is excellent, very prompt response to my queries.

Sales procedure was initially good. Then install booked. Then engineer arrived to install and had problems. The sales person / Director Dan turned very unhelpful and argumentative. Company quoted a price to install batteries then wanted more money for cables etc. I would not recommend this company and would advise anyone to stay clear. Only positive is that the installers were very good and professional.

Dan was very cooperative friendly. Batteries came as planned . John and his apprentice were friendly good workmanship tidy clean .

Dan the salesperson made my job to have the solar battery installed very easy. He went through the whole process and got the battery delivered and installed within 3 days. Would recommend that company to my friends and family.

Had an excellent installation from John and Bradley, very helpful, polite, and hardworking. They stayed working late to get the installation finished in two days. Having had poor experience with contractors in the past it is good to know Solar Heaven are customer service focused.

I contacted a number of firms to ask about Solar battery storage. I’ve had a small battery for 7 years and I wanted to get a larger one. It seemed unwise to add another battery to my existing system so I now have a second storage unit. The 10 kWh battery was installed by John who worked hard and efficiently. Ok, researched solar battery companies for months. Our heatpump could easily cost £8 PLUS a day if we allowed it. There's dozens of solar companies popping up all the time, but Solar Heaven (SH) caught my eye and investigated as far as I could, even chat gpt was useful and recommended them including positive references
to trustpilot. So based on all that we contacted SH and Dan gave us all the info we needed and we settled on a good price. We like the idea of a modular system, if a battery failed it would be easy to replace instead of the whole thing. The installer John called us when on his way and worked till late in the evening. (not to linger on personal aspects but he is a thoroughly decent, very hardworking, knowledgeable person) he finished off the connections the next morning and gave a great in depth handover. Everything is set up, and left tidy. 2 days before installation the batteries arrived by courier lorry who left them on a pallet outside. They were wrapped and protected but left outside, when expecting delivery I would highly advise you have help available to carry the boxes into safe cover. Each battery box is about 26kg so some able bodied people required. We would highly recommend Solar Heaven to anyone.

Dealing with Solar Heaven was an absolute pleasure from first contact to the installation and commissioning of my second battery. No hassle, no pushy sales technique, simply straightforward, knowledgeable, and always very helpful suggestions and information from Dan.
The battery was delivered on the date promised (within 48 hours!) and the commissioning on the day of my choosing by a very helpful and polite installer.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience and well worthy of a 5* rating.

Been thinking of getting batteries and solar, spoke to Dan who is very knowledgeable , gave me lots of options with no pressure on a sale. I’m still mulling it over but so far Excellant service .

Just had a 20kw battery system fitted to enhance the benefit I get from my solar panels.
The sales person was very helpful and the cost reasonable.
However the installers John and Rachel were exceptional. Everything they did was of the highest quality. They were so helpful sorting everything for us and couldn't have done more.
I would recommend the company and the installation team to anyone

Just had our installation of 20kw battery system, inverter and controller. First class from start to finish. Good communication from Dan and John the installer was excellent. Efficient, polite and very thorough even though it ran into the early evening. Never once felt it was rushed just wanted to do the best job he could. Would defintely recommend.
