Solar Daddy Group

I was very surprised that solar daddy actually worked in the rain
It was pouring with rain yesterday and Adam rang the door with a smile on his face and said he was here to clean my solar panels
He and his colleague was very polite and went about there work professionally
When they finished he called me to make sure I was satisfied with what they had done which I was
Well done I hope I get them again

The engineer didn't fix the problem but rather suggesting we purchase another insurance plan. I am very disappointed with your service.

Very friendly and helpful with the inquiry.

Adam at Solar Daddy was very helpful with all my enquiries. Nothing was too much trouble for him

always arrive on the day that, they say that they are going to be at your property

Very helpful. Very smart on time and resolved a problem within minutes of arriving.
Remembering Adam as he is stuck in office making sure all goes well and of course stays on time. Well done team.

First appointment they rang after I’d waited in all morning to say running late and we had to reschedule as I couldn’t wait in any more. Second visit I waited in all morning and they didn’t turn up. Third visit arrived but was going dark and told me I had nests under the panels which when checked the next day in daylight I didn’t . I was expecting to have the panels washed but he just checked the meter and inverter and tried to sell me further cover telling me battery wasn’t covered for check and finally told me I had 2 feed in tariff meters which I don’t so not convinced he even knew what he was looking at or checking to make it work. Staff on the phone when you ring up are very pleasant

Always very polite & helpful. They get things sorted out pretty pronto. I usually speak to Adam Singh when they call me. Mainly deal with Ash as he usually comes when I have to spend more money!!

Solar Daddy has installed storage batteries since we have purchased a self charging hybrid car. We have been helped by the excellent Tom Singh and on a recent service for our solar panels we agreed to join the maintenance service. On the 22nd February this year a maintenance crew arrived to clean our panels which we have had difficulty in getting local help. They were pleasant worked for some 1 hour and the panels look much better (they took a video and showed us the before and after views.) The will clean them twice yearly as part of this package. I felt reassured by this and recommend anyone considering maintenance to use this service.

Today I had a senior health advisor call to rectify a fault with my battery system he was very pleasant to deal with and new his job and was up for a deal thanks Ash 👍🏻

Adam is a seeetie, and very helpful

Keeping us up-to-date with when our panels will be cleaned. Pleasant conversation with Adam on phone.Any of team who have have always been helpful

Competent team who explained their methodology vey well.
The panel cleaning seems very good to me.
Solar Daddy well organised as always .Thank you to Adam in the office.

The person who came to give us a health check was very helpful & explained questions we asked.

The team arrived on the day agreed having given me 50 minutes notice. They had the correct equipment and were able to clean my panels throughly. Look forward to them returning later this year to clean them again.

Great company. I would not hesitate to do business with them again if needed. I have had solar installed for about a month and seems to be performing as promised. Install went great and was very clean. I had the pleasure of working with Solar Daddy.

A friendly, informative service. Job done efficiently and on time.

Well Ash came out, he remembered us from coming out over a year ago, remembered I had been extremly poorly and asked how I was doing, he's like one of the family and treat us like we were family members, I did offer to let him do my hoovering, seriously he went above and beyond to make sure our problems were corrected, and we knew what was what, definetly recommend this company, no problem to big for them, advised what is best for situations, and talked us through every step

Arived on time did the job well, have noticed the difference in the FIT readin since the panels have been cleaned

I am very satisfied with the service provided by this company. They walked me through each step of their process from diagnosis to repairs. They are friendly, professional and very respectful staff. I will never hesitate to work with Solar Services company again. Thank you Guys for fixing my solar systems.
