Solar Daddy Group

From start to finish the whole process was handled by Solar Daddy Group and the awesome staff very well. I have also recommended this product to a few friends and family who are looking at getting panels. A faultless process. Thumbs up 👍

Came to clean my solar panels and made an excellent job. Left property clean and tidy

Courteous Ash. Good explanations. I would recommend Solar Daddy to anybody and genuine company. Thanks.

Everything went well and delt with very professionally, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Order placed in June, heard nothing about installation for 2 months. Given 2nd Sept after 2pm, installer did not turn up. Rang on 3rd, no apology from Tom and told installation would be 4th around 2pm ... 7.15pm very apologetic and worked for an hour, poor man was exhausted having worked, non stop since 7.30am for Solar Daddy.
He returned the following day and worked for 3hrs solid to complete the job. Very pleased with his work, certainly not with the service of Solar Daddy.

we would prefer a better explanation on the App. And when we phoned up to get the electrician to call us because the app wasn't working he never did. So we had to phone him. He did phone us two days later talking us he had just been told to give us a call, two days after we gadcalked him andgot the issue resolved.

My experience with Solar Daddy has not been good and I wouldn't recommend them.
I wanted them to do some work on my PVs. They wanted me to pay a deposit. I asked to see the paperwork first but they insisted I pay the deposit first. Against my better judgement I did and I never did receive any proper financial terms or conditions. In the end I lost my trust with them and pulled out of the job. They will not return my deposit even though there is nothing legal to say they can keep it. Since I pulled out, they have gone silent and are not replying to my emails. They are wrongfully keeping my money even though they have not done any work.
Please don't use them - find a different company.

Helpful and informed. Thanks to Tom for all the organisation and Dave for fitting

I had occasion to contact Solar Daddy under my maintenance plan because my system had stopped working. First of all, they could not attend for 3 weeks, then this visit was postponed and now, it has been postponed again.
The service is hopeless. I have paid £1500 for a maintenance contract, which has proved worthless when help actually needed.
Also, the salesman that sold me the contract told me that the whole system was covered, even if it was added to during the term of the contract. This too has been disputed by the people I have since contacted.
I can in no way recommend Solar Daddy to maintain your solar panel system, unless you think that an annual hose down of the panels is such good value!

Had my panels cleaned as part of my service plan. Great team of guys turned up. There is more to it than just spraying water!
Thanks Tom, Rob and Steve

The team's dedication to sustainable energy solutions and innovation has been inspiring. The work environment is collaborative, and the company's mission aligns perfectly with my values. I'm proud to contribute to Solardaddy's growth and look forward to more exciting achievements ahead!

I recently used Solar Daddy for cleaning my solar panels and was thoroughly impressed. Rob and his team arrived on time, explained the benefits of regular cleaning. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I noticed a significant improvement in my panels' energy output immediately after the cleaning. Highly recommend their services!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. They talked my 80 yr old mother into taking a 13 yr plan for service and maintenance for which she paid 2.5k and then selling her products she did not need each time they called, on one occasion telling her if she didn’t purchase a certain product she risked a fire starting! They have also taken a deposit for another item which she hasn’t had and are not responding to my complaint made 18 weeks ago! I have emailed several times and phoned the company but still no attempt to contact me back. Disgraceful company preying on vulnerable people! Avoid avoid avoid!

After some initial problems, Ash became involved and sorted things out speedily. The crew have just finished the work and were very friendly, efficient and professional.

Ash gave me an hour notice and arrived when expected and carried out an efficient and friendly service. Many thanks
I forgot to say thank you for to Tom who I first got in contact with to organise the visit who organised it straight away thank you.

Great customer service specially Adam
He is very helpful

Ash and all the team we have dealt with so far have been very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and polite. We have our system serviced regularly by Solar Daddy and never had any issues. Would recommend and this company is definitely not scam. We have been with them for a few years now and will be staying with them.

System not working
Ash solved it straight away
Great service, been with them more than 10 years

It has been a rocky start with communication with our experience with Solar Daddy but this has improved. The work carried out by John and terry was good and our communication with Adam was great.

The solar panel cleaners turned up on the day as arranged and promptly undertook their task with enthusiasm, cheerfulness and care and communicated clearly with me and I am very happy with the result.
