Solar Daddy Group

Dave fitted a voltage optimiser to my system. Very professional and polite.
Came at time arranged and was neat and tidy

This is the second time I'm writing a review, because trying to get in touch with this company or actually getting to speak to someone is impossible. Solar daddy you are an absolute disgrace of a company, in the way my parents have been treated. They have taken money off my elderly parents and have not refunded it back. I will be taking legal action. Do not do business with this company.

Great service on the day by Dave and stef. Very helpful and satisfactory service. Explained everything well. Thank you

Russ & Jake did nice cleaning and good service

I would not recommend this product or company. It's been a huge disappointment.

This delay and poor product quality ruined my plans, and I had to scramble to find a replacement.

If you contacted customer support, mention how they handled the issue, or if they failed to respond.

Identify the main issue or dissatisfaction with the product or service. Be specific about what went wrong.

This turbine claims to be advanced, but it fails to meet industry standards.

I cannot rate them one star order cancelled 29/08/24 still waiting for anyone even the office cat to return a call to let me know when I am going to get my deposit back plus the miss sold insurance contract for the battery 12/11/24

Very efficient, he knew exactly what he was doing.
Would highly recommend Dave

Steph and Dave are very punctual, and very efficient.thanks

Helpful and good service and genuine company- don't believe the nonsense been posted as 1star..

Dave the Electrician was conscientious in his attitude to the work that had to be done and left us with a fully working system once again.

The warranty and maintenance support from Solar Daddy have been exceptional, giving us peace of mind with every step. Highly recommended!

Solar Daddy has transformed our operational costs into real savings, boosting our profitability significantly. Always reliable and committed to quality

Dave and Steff messaged and arrived when said Were friendly and happy with their work

Tom went above and beyond to keep in touch with all operations being carried out . He rang to arrange appointments and confirm they were carried out to my satisfaction.
The professional persons who carried the the work did so in a professional way and not rushing the work, they took all the time to do what was required until they were happy it was satisfactory
Keep up the good work

Dave's team arrived early and carried out the inspection professionally and efficiently
