The best alterations service I’ve found in London. I’ve used the in-store service in Selfridges several times and every time they have been excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and take time to measure up and make sure they know exactly what I want. The prices are fair (similar to other places) and the results are really excellent - virtually impossible to see where the alteration has been made and finished to an extremely high standard. I also love the in-store option because it has great opening times, measures up there and then, and is much less faff than posting. Thanks to Ayle for such a great job of my latest alteration.

Once again SOJO did a great job in replacing a skirt waistband that had stretched. It was a favourite garment that can now be worn again. The service was efficient and the turn around time was great.

Excellent, friendly, top quality service from a gentleman named Jawad. I stopped by in between meetings as my blazer needed a little bit of work. He was able to help me instantly and I was on my way to the next meeting looking dapper thanks to him. Will definitely come back.

Amazing a very quick turnaround,easy to request on the site exactly what you want them to do to your clothing ! I am extremely impressed with the service from pick up by Royal Mail and item being returned with in a week! I would like to thank Gianni who cared for my item for such a wonderful job ! I recently placed an order and mentioned that I needed the item returned by a specific date. To my surprise, the team delivered it much faster than expected. Little things like this really make their service stand out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm so impressed by SOJO as a service. I have a beloved wool coat and the lining was broken and wool wearing thin at the back. I feared it was beyond repair but SOJO communicated so well with me about the best methods to fix it and I'm so happy with the results. The threaded wool has been pulled back through and reinforced, so it'll last many more years, and the lining is brand new. Thank you so much to Inga who looked after it for me, and to Freya and Lucia who communicated so well via email, I'm really grateful!
