There have been an mistake regarding membership, but everything should be okay now and I get a refund

Cancellatiox of the eventually subcription (that i don't have requide)and refound my credit of 47,80and 7,80plus 2,00euro immediatly!!

Last May 18,2024. I received an email from Sogreatshoes.com Informing me that the cancellation of my subscription is already confirmed and I can still use my total credits of €168.64 euros to purchase in the online Shop, However, I tried to order shoes, three times in your shop, but sad to note that all my orders were not
available so I tried to request for a refund just this morning.And thanks God that a certain Angeline from the Escalation Team help me.

The company's response to my complaint was taken into consideration and it was handled with immediate effect, thank you for the quick response and handling of my query, the company has a great response and escalation team.

Quickly cancelled my subscription as asked.

Sogreatshoes.com ist good ,I recommend.

Lovely experience and have helpful and professional staff and any issues resolved straight away.

Being from South Africa, we don't have any platforms like Sogreatshoes that have continuous deductions. It's not something we are used too. As soon as I realized how the platform worked I needed to cancel my subscription, which was a simple process on its own.
Violet and the escalations team were super quick and efficient and not only canceled my subscription, but even refunded me the payments that had been deducted, I never thought I would get a cent back (thank you Sogreatshoes).

I think the platform is a great idea for someone living in a country earning Euros, Pounds or Dollars, but not for somebody like me, living in a 3rd world country where our exchange rate is 20 to 1.

Biggest scammers out there, low life scammers stole over 80 quid off my missus who poorly in hospital with new born baby, she tried to buy item via tic tok shop, and was lead to another website, which she thought she was buying the item from, took 9.99 to start with then 80 quid next day saying she signed up to some monthly thing

The are scammers, entering you into monthly payments that you didn’t know about STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS

Scammer! Got signed up to the site after responding to a Facebook ad for a EUR2 for branded bag (i know, i was gullible enough to believe hahah). Once you sign up, it is actually an online subscription shopping site where you have to pay a monthly membership to earn credits to purchase items. I cancelled straightaway and before i know it, they tried to take a monthly membership fee of EUR23 a few days after, which luckily got declined! Stay away from this site and any offer that is too good to be true, is probably is!
