Wonderful customer service, perfect balance of helpful but not pushy (some stores I’d visited I couldn’t breath of sales staff following me around) couldn’t have asked for a more refreshing experience in sofology!

We came in a few days ago and loved the Giorgio sofa, Gary was really helpful, showing us all the different options. We've been in today and ordered and again he was extremely helpful and explained how to look after the sofa aswell. Sofa is very comfy, can't wait for it to arrive

Plenty of choice and lots of colour options, blnot just your standard colours. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and not too pushy. Gary the resident 'Canadian' provided excellent customer service and honest advice abiut our purchase. Thank you so much.

Purchased a sofa from these for £3800 salesman was brilliant but that’s about where there customer service ends. Was damaged on delivery which I paid a lot of money for, they sent a technician out weeks later to sort that out. Then a few weeks later these supporting beams have went on the sofa. Tried calling the customer support for 2 days now and am constantly on hold. Tried contacting the store I purchased it from but they say they can’t do nothing because it’s a technical issue. Honestly wish I could just return the sofa and get a full refund as I will never go to this company again

We had a specific set of requirements, the consultant that guided us helped enormously.

The power recliner chair I wanted to see was in stock and happened to be in the colour I liked. I was able to try it out, ask questions, and consider alternatives, but didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. I think the delivery charge was too expensive, considering the outlay for the furniture, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
I’m looking forward to receiving my purchases in the next few months.

1 star as 0 isn’t an option, went into Sofology teeside park, chose a sofa that was already made and available (needed sofa immediately) I wasn’t allowed to collect the sofa, they said this isn’t an option for anyone anymore, silly as it was 4 miles from my house, sales staff assured me I could have the sofa within 2 weeks, but 2 weeks the absolute latest, paid in full, extra 120 for delivery, no delivery date was given for 2 weeks, so I rang and questioned, to be told no slots available for another 2 weeks, I said I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a full refund, as 4 weeks wasn’t in the agreement when they took my money, I have 3 kids 1 a newborn, with nothing to sit on, anyway they booked the delivery (for the further 2 weeks) said a manager would call me back with 72 hours to discuss my concerns, this was the 14th, no call back, sofa was delivered, even tho I said to cancel and I wanted a refund, arrived with one of the legs broken, and stains all over, the delivery guys where lovely and I didn’t want to be awkward with them and refuse delivery, it is now the 27th I have had no phone call back and have raised a ticket 6 times now still no call back and left with a damaged dirty sofa that is not worth the money I paid, and waited well out the time frame promised. no communication from Sofology at all! Trrrible service
