Great Experience!
Our interaction with Merv was informative, as he provided answers to our questions and allowed us time to make our decision without pressure. We have made previous purchases from this store and plan to return for another sofa in the extension. Looking forward to our delivery in 5 weeks!

Friendly customer service
Gorgeous sofas on display, fell in love with my chosen sofa as soon as I walked in the door, but felt absolutely no pressure from the staff whatsoever. Just genuinely friendly and helpful staff, huge shoutout to Ray!

Sofology a highly positive experience
Tony was excellent and highly effective and supportive with choice making of sofa. He was not forceful in anyway at all and sensitive to client needs. Highly recommend Tony and Sofology.

Tony was fantastic
Tony was fantastic , we were given plenty of time to wander around on our own and it was so easy and relaxed ,when we made our choice Tony explained our options and demonstrated the different functions on the recliner and choices of material
