Doreen was an anazing sales person. She made buying a sofa very easy

I recently purchased a sofa and chair and was very happy with way I wasn’t hounded or pushed into buying it. I felt very comfortable with the sales lady Jay and didn’t feel at any point that I had to purchase anything. We were given coffee which was very nice. All in all would recommend Sofology and Jay from the Preston branch.

Staff were very helpful when we had questions, but were also happy to give us space to browse. Not pushy at all.

Excellent advice and overall experience which enabled us to purchase the corner sofa and chair of our choice

We ordered a sofa at the store in Preston, based on online pictures that the sales representative showed us. The model of the sofa was in store but not in the colour we wanted. Whent the sofa arrived, the colour was a completely different shade. There are several other issues with the sofa as well, mainly that it looks cheaply made. The care products we purchased were not delivered. The delivery process and installation to less then 10min, without any demonstration or verification that the electricals are actually working. The guys simply were in such a rush that they did not even ask us to sign for the delivery.
When we raised the issue with customer service, and requested collection of the sofa, we received an email to ask for pictures and further explaination of the issues. This has all been submitted on 25/10. Since then i have repeatedly sent the information again and still have note received any acknowledgement that someone is dealing with the issues and the request.

We were made to feel welcome and relaxed when choosing our new suite.
The staff were excellent in every way, there wasn't any pressure from them to decide on anything straight away and that enabled us to take our time and make sure we made the right choice.
This is the 2nd time we have purchased a suite from Sofology and would highly recommend you to friend's and family .

Jay was extremely helpful from when we walked in, suggesting we had a good look around before making any decision. She gave us plenty of time on our own once we'd found the sofa we liked but was on hand to answer questions when we had them. She explained the guarantees and finance fully before we signed on the dotted line. Thanks once again Jay ! Your time and patience was much appreciated.

I went to the Preston showroom and Mo helped me with my purchase. Originally I was going to order it online but I’m very glad I didn’t because being able to talk to Mo helped me understand what my choices were.
He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal for me.
